AMENITY RATES:
FUNCTION ROOM
Php8,500.00 for first three (3) hours
WHOLE ROOM Php2,800.00 for succeeding/extended hours
At least 50% of the gross amount shall be paid for Reserved booking
Php4,500.00 for first three (3) hours
ROOM 1 Php1,500.00 for succeeding/extended hours
At least 30% of the gross amount shall be paid for Reserved booking
Php5,000.00 for first three (3) hours
ROOM 2 Php1,700.00 for succeeding/extended hours

**Rates may vary depending on the additional equipment especially from the decorators/organizer of the event.

REMINDERS:
 Strictly no Smoking allowed in the area. Penalty of Php5,000.00 shall imposed in accordance with the law implemented by
LGU Davao, CITY ORDINANCE 0367-12. (Non- Smoking Establishment)
 Inform ahead the Admin In-charge of any additional equipment/decorations. Electrical charges may vary.
 No pets allowed in the Venue to prevent incident to happen.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Client’s Decorators shall be given length of time to prepare before the event will start. Refer to Item I.
B. Client’s Decorators upon preparation shall be provided limited to one (1) Air-Condition.
C. Client’s Decorators shall clean-up after end of the event. Venue must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was
seen before start of the preparation.
D. Cancellation of the event shall be ahead of time or prior to the date of event max to two (2) days only and inform the in-
charge so they can have the date book to other clients who are interested.
One hundred percent (100%) refund for the amount paid in full or partial if informed two (2) days ahead. But if beyond
maximum day given shall be charged of cancellation fee amounting to Php500.00.
E. Changing of time of the event shall be ahead of time or prior to the date of event.
F. Other fees and charges. Client shall be charged if they have additional equipment/decorations. Charges vary on the
equipment/wattage that may cause drastic increase of electricity consumption. Contact the staff for further information.
G. Garbage collection and equipment removal. Client’s Caterers/Decorators shall be given by the Function Staff garbage bag to
collect their litters/trash. All equipment brought into the Event by either Decorators/Caterers must be removed within one (1)
day grace period.
H. Any disparaging remarks or any type of violent physical behavior shall not be tolerated and the company shall have the rights
and authority to remove any persons engaging in said behavior.
I. Strictly maximum of two (2) hours if half room only is availed for wedding and one (1) hour for birthday party and etc. If
wholeroom is availed strictly maximum of three (3) hours preparation for wedding and two (2) hours for birthday party and
etc.
A rate of Php500.00 per hour if the maximum of time given for the preparation exceeded.
J. Client’s Decorators shall only be given until twelve (12) midnight to decor or prepare for the event. If presume not able to
finish decorating before the given maximum length of time shall be offered the next day/during the date of event but early in
the morning (e.g., 5AM onwards) to have ample time to prepare or decorate.
K. Charge of Security Deposit. The staff will check the area after the event. However, returning the security deposit will be 1-2
days since the staff in the office will be responsible for it and the office hours is 8AM to 5PM only. Security Deposit for
wholeroom is Php2,000.00 and for half-room is Php1,000.00 only.
L. Other guidelines. Anything that was not mentioned in the “Terms and Conditions” shall be discussed further personally to the
Staff In-Charge in the office as an additional guideline.
