MOU-This Memorandum of Understanding intends to set out the general principles of mutual cooperation between both

the colleges according to which the Sides may jointly identify areas of mutual interest and carry out cooperative activities
on the basis of reciprocity and mutual benefit. It is utterly important to have complete disclosure of all the terms to
maintain transparent and strong relations. We hope that the relations that we build will strengthen with time and benefit us
in short as well the long run.

Clause: Should there be a dispute relating to any aspect of academic cooperation, it will be jointly resolved in a spirit of
independence, mutual respect and shared responsibility.

This Memorandum of Understanding stands valid for the session 2022-23.

The following has been mutually agreed upon by the below mentioned parties: -

Party-1: E-Cell, Sri Aurobindo College, Delhi University

Party-2: Hansraj College, Delhi University

As a part of the collaboration,

Party 1 will provide:

● Broadcast messages of events through WhatsApp groups, sharing stories on Instagram

(messages to be sent from your side).
● 30 followers for society’s official handle on Instagram and 10 followers on Linkedin.
● 5 contestants for all the events of our society. Bringing contingents to paid events is Optional for both the parties.

Party 2 will provide:
