Dear Ms. Lita and Sir Jayson,

I am writing to formally tender my resignation as CSS-Teller, at Security Bank – Sto. Cristo

effective December 18, 2023.

It has been an incredible journey working with Security Bank and I am grateful for the
opportunities and experiences that have contributed to my professional growth. However, after
careful consideration, I have decided to embark on a new chapter in my career.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to you and the entire team for the support,
camaraderie, and mentorship I have received during my time here. Working with such talented
individuals has been both inspiring and fulfilling.

As I move on to new challenges, I want to take a moment to reflect on the valuable lessons I
have learned and the meaningful relationships I have built. The memories and experiences will
remain with me, and I am proud of the contributions we made together. My heart is full of
gratitude to you Ms. Lita, Sir Jayson and to the rest of the team.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during the next four weeks. I am more than
willing to assist in training my replacement and passing on any knowledge that will facilitate a
seamless handover.

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for making my time at our humble branch memorable and
rewarding. I genuinely appreciate the opportunities for professional and personal development
that have been afforded to me.

I look forward to staying in touch and hope our paths cross again in the future. Wishing the
whole Security Bank and our home branch, continued success and prosperity.

Thank you once again for everything.

Sincerely,

Sophia Ronne Sengco-Chan
