ASSIGNMENT- This assignment is on ‘Real Time

Incorporation of a private limited company’. Students are divided into groups

comprising of five members. They have to create an account in the MCA portal.

Then they have to prepare the necessary documents required for the purpose.

Finally, each group should register/incorporate a private limited company

through the MCA portal viz., SPICe+ of MCA (http://www.mca.gov.in.)

A business purpose describes the incorporated tasks a company has to do or provide. The purpose can be
general, indicating that the budding company has been formed to carry out "all lawful business" in the
region. Alternatively, the purpose can be specific, furnishing a more detailed explanation of the products
and/or services to be offered by their company.
