HOTEL POLICIES:
Booking cancellations or amendments must be done fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date. In case of non-arrival, late cancellation or early
check-out, payments will be forfeited. Confirmed bookings with promotional rates, discounted rates, direct bank deposits or bank transfers are
non-refundable. Confirmed bookings during peak dates, holidays and long weekends are non-refundable. Additional charges in the resort shall
be settled with either cash or credit card prior to check-out. The resort will not be held liable for losses or damages for any of the guests’
personal belongings.
Rates, Policies, Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice.

RESORT GUIDELINES:
1.) A refundable incidental deposit of PHP 2,000.00 per room will be collected upon check-in and will be returned ones all rooms are cleared
prior to check-out.
2.) Special requests and preferences may not be guaranteed and is always subject to availability or applicable fees
3.) All services and facilities are subject to availability and good weather conditions.
4.) Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00.
5.) Bringing of outside food and drinks are not allowed and will be discarded prior to entry.
6.) Pets or animals of any kind or breed are not allowed inside the resort premises.
7.) Cooking of any sort is not allowed within the resort premises.
8.) All rooms are non-smoking. A penalty of PHP 5,000.00 will be charged per smoking violation.
9.) Drones and other heavy/professional equipment are not allowed inside the resort premises unless coordinated prior to check-in date.
10.) Canyon Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to refuse guest entry for health and safety reasons.
