Greeting of peace,

Me and my team are students of University of Nueva Caceres from the college of education,
and we are looking for old vintage place to shoot for our short film in our subject named “Rizal
life and Works”

We approached the mansion house located in Abella owned by late Dr. Dominador and also
Villa Francia owned by late General Ludovico Arejelo but the caretakers did not allow us to use
the venues.

Therefore for this matter we would like to ask for your permission to use some areas of your
choice, around the Basilica that are vintage and something that is already old. We also don’t like
to be the cause of hindrance, that;’s why we want you to set the date and time for the project. .
