Write a story: Step One - “What can I see in the pictures?”

1. Look at the picture. Think about what can you observe?

In the image I can see it is in winter. Thera are two people climbing in the snowy
mountains. There is the man is reading a book enjoying the great view. While the other
person is trying to climb the snow-capped mountains with great caution. There is a
lagoon in the middle of the snowy.
2. Read and answer the questions in the boxes. Use your ideas.

They came up in a weekend. They went up with a lot of precautionary materials.
5. What time is it now?
The time they are going up is ten in the morning.
6. What’s in the book that the boy is looking at?
He is reading a book about how to survive in a mountain. The page he is looking
at tells him how to make a bonfire.
7. What are they going to do next?
When they finish climbing the mountain, they will eat some marshmallows at the
bonfire and then they will start going down to be able to return home before nightfall.
