    The Fangak Student Association in Universities and higher institutions (FSAUHI) electoral committee has called a general assembly meeting for November 18th, 2023 at 10:30 AM at POC 1.     Subject: Call for General Assembly Meeting

    Dear Members of FSAUHI, the electoral committee would like to inform the general assembly to show
    up for the meeting which scheduled to happen on 18th/Nov/2023, Saturday. Electoral Committee pay
    much gratitude appreciation for the period of three weeks time given to University of Juba first year
    students to complete their examination.

    Venue: POC 1

    Time: 10: 30AM

    ✓ Main agendas

    1: Selection of Chairperson to lead the process.

    2: Declaration of aspiring candidates for the year 2023.

    3: AOBs.

    We strongly advise the aspiring candidates to run their campaign for only one week plus the week of
    election. The membership and Voters registration will commence after the meeting onward. Aspiring
    candidates must submit their applications day after the meeting.
