Greetings, ladies and gentlemen.

We have a new, better way to make suggestions and bug reports for Just Yuri!
This way, it will be much easier for developers to receive your suggestions and bug
fixes, allowing us to give them the attention they deserve.

Now, don’t worry, the current method of directly posting a bug report in #game-help
or of posting a suggestion in #game-suggestions by asking for the suggestor role
and putting up a suggestion is still an option. We are adding this as a quicker
more developer-friendly way of getting your issues and suggestions heard.

We use GitLab (https://about.gitlab.com/ ) to track both Suggestions and Bug Fixes.

2) You will need to create a GitLab account there, it's 100% free or use one of the
other available sign in options such as Google, GitHub or Twitter, as there are
already pre-done templates of what we require what next is easy

All you have to do is:

3) Select the “Suggestion” or “Bug Report” from the drop-down Template menu.

For Bug Reports

4) Write and fill out the template sections as best as you can
a) enter the version number where the ?.?.? are in the title
-How to find build version number in-game in JY - open game > press esc
> click settings > version number is on bottom right - ex: ver 1.8.1.1
b) replace the descriptions of what is needed with your descriptions .
(issue type) can be (Gameplay issue, Visual issue, CRASH, ect)
c)Ticket importance aka weigh - going from 1 is lowest to 10 being the
highest
weight needs to be added as well
-if it s a game critical issue like a crash its a 8 - 10
-if its sort of important its a 5-7 - like a game play issue
-if its kind of important like a badly worded section its a 3 or 4
-if its a typo its a 1 or 2
5) After all looks good Click “Submit”.

6) As soon as this is done, your issue will be generated and you will be directed
to your new bug report which you can then comment and vote on
 7) Copy the URL of your newly created ISSUE and post it in our Discords #game-
help channel if a bug and ping a “Bug Reporter Team member” user with the @Bug
Reporter Team(DM ok) role (such as @Lord Skeleton Shitposter Supreme and
@CLIFFORD ) and they will review your ISSUE and get back to you.

For Suggestions
- one ticket per suggestion
1) Use the suggestion template

2) Write and fill out the template sections as best as you can

3) After all looks good Click “Submit”.

4) As soon as this is done, your issue will be generated and you will be directed
to your new suggestion which you can then comment and vote on

5) Copy the URL of your newly created ISSUE and post it in our Discords #game-
suggestions
and ping a lead dev @Lord Skeleton Shitposter Supreme or @CLIFFORD on Discord,
and they will review your ISSUE and get back to you.
