Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) was
established in 2012. With the global mission of “Health
for All”, RIMS is delivering healthcare facilities and
medical education, which is within the reach of each
and every citizen. Within few years of inception, RIMS
has set its place as one of the premier hospitals and
medical college in the state of Chhattisgarh.RIMS is
managed by the Lord Buddha Education Society.
Currently, RIMS is running 750 bedded hospital and a
medical college for 150 MBBS seats. The availability of
contemporary medical equipment, modernized ICUs,
CCUs, OTs, laboratories and a team of well trained
medical staffs, are helping us to deliver the congenial
atmosphere, which is a requisite for a standard
medical institution. By using the latest technological
developments we are committed to providing the
cost-effective healthcare facilities and medical
education.

 Every attendee is advised to get themselves
registered as a delegate upon arriving at the
campus in the registration desk. They will be
provided with a delegate card upon successful
registration .
The delegate card is mandatory for every
registered attendee, which they must carry during
all the times during their stay or visit in the campus
and display the same whenever asked.
The attendees must carry a valid ID proof
containing photograph in the form of Aadhaar
card/PAN card/driving license/college ID card in
physical form.
A single delegate card is only valid for one person
and will be applicable for all the three days of the
fest.
A delegate card is a single time, procedural
payment and cannot be refunded under any
unavoidable circumstances.
For an attendee to get registered, fest registration
fee is mandatory. Upon non payment registration
will remain invalid.
The delegate card will give the attendees access
to all the flagship event to be held in the campus .
On spot registration will be open for the fest and
the amount for the same will be non-negotiable.
If the attendee has already registered as an early
bird, then he or she has to provide the receipt for
the same at the registration desk for the delegate
card.
If the participant loses the delegate card he or she
will have to purchase another one to get an entry in
the campus for the fest and the other registered
events, including the flagship events.
The delegate card will act as the attendee’s
identity proof which she or she should possess all
the time.
 Under SHAURYA and other group events, one
delegate card is mandatory for a team to participate. In
the fest , this delegate card will only allow single
member from this team to attend the flagship events.
Event wise registration is different from delegate card.
The event wise registration amount shall be paid to the
respective registration desk but for participation in any
event, it is compulsory to present the delegate card
before the event heads.
The delegate card will provide access to witness any
event occurring inside the campus.

 Accommodation will be allotted by the in charges
of the accomodation committee according to the
duration of the stay, date of arrival etc.
Accommodation will be purely based on first-come
first serve basis.
Caution money of Rs.200 which is refundable will be
charged per delegate card holder.
In case of any damage to the property a fine of
Rs.500 will be leived on the delegate card holder .
Accommodation facility will be provided inside the
campus.
The attendees can book the rooms by contacting
the accommodation in charges.
The attendees must settle all the accounts with the
GYRUS accommodation desk at least three hours
before the checkout.
