Queen Mary University of London has notified students in the School of English and Drama that
their graduation will be delayed due to a shortage of assessment results, and the university says
it does not yet know when the transcripts will be available.

A university spokesperson said this covers 2% of final year graduates while all other subjects
were unaffected.

The University of Cambridge has confirmed that students will not be able to graduate
until all their assignments have been assessed. Most of the 4,500 people expected to graduate
may be affected, the vice-chancellor said.

Up to 2,000 students at the University of Edinburgh will graduate without knowing their final
grades.

In my opinion, I have translated the Indonesian report text above well, using language that is
understandable, formal language and choosing to use the British format according to the context
described. Based on the words I chose, I think even a lay reader can understand at least the
meaning of the passage, and so far this time I have improved my ability because I didn’t open the
dictionary at all, thank you also to the Lecturer who has so far provided material that isn’t
complicated and easy to understand.
