WHAT ARE THE IMMEDIATE HIGH PRIORITY TASK THAT NEED MY ATTENTION?

The immediate high priority task that needs my a en on are;

 Taking inventory of components needed for maintenance.

 Upda ng the component swap live sheet.
 Making sure all field engineers are equipped with the right components to get the work done.
 Ensuring all faulty components are returned to the warehouse
 Taking inventory of faulty components
 Ensuring to delegate the repairs of the faulty components to another team
 Ensuring that all components go through quality checks before sending to the field engineers for
maintenance purpose.
 Repor ng to my colleague and boss daily of my progress and reques ng for help when needed.

HOW WILL I KEEP MYSELF ACCOUNTABLE TO ENSURE I GET EVERYTHING DONE?

 Making a list of all my task for the day (brain dump)

 Assigning a colleague to the task that are important but not urgent and can be done by another.
 Ensuring that the assigned task is specific with a countdown me or deadline.
 Taking breaks between task to avoid being overwhelmed by work.
 Having good rela onship with my colleagues to ensure the task gets done.
