Sir; I Asad Ullah Advocate do hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice; 1. That you, for the supervision of construction and rehabilitation of flooded water channels/rills at village Barkand Usheri Darra, nominated me as P.O.C.(representative of community). 2. That after this I participated in bidding process as representative of village community and hold various meeting and received trainings. Although I was very busy but for the welfare of the community I had to stop important court cases /urgent matters, in which I was council and thus incurred huge losses. 2. That then you time and again called in and assigned me various tasks like signing various documents which were sent to Islamabad. Therefore you have squandered my precious time as I am Council of two multinational companies besides, busy council of High court and in local cases in very urgent matters. 3. That I was in constant contact with the masses of village and would always appreciate the role M.D.P in the

rehabilitation of our water channels. I belong to a respectable political family and tried for community development. 4. That you have illegally, without assigning any reason, and without any prior notice have removed me from P.O.C and nominated Sher Bahader as POC . You also know that Sher Bahader is the same individual who along with his friends had forcibly stopped the loaded vehicles of cements, crush material etc of the abovementioned rills. Furthermore compliant in writing of this was also made to D.C.O stating that Sher Bahader etc were not allowing work on site.(you have received copy of said complaint)

Therefore your this action of changing P.O.C is totally illegal and wrong due to which 1 my professional career 2 my reputation 3 my political background have severely damaged. All and above mental injury/shock which I have received consequently is irreparable besides financial loses, the material compensation, of which is not possible, however, for some consolation I hereby give you notice to pay a sum of Rs .One hundred million to me as damages within in 21 days.

If you fail to comply with this notice, I will initiate legal proceedings, 1 -will prosecute you in a criminal court for defamation and 2- sue you for damages in the court of Senior Civil Judge Upper Dir 3- Sue F.S.S.P authorities for vicarious liabilities. at your costs, risk and responsibility Note. One original of this notice is retained in my office for future reference
