    This experiment requires for you to not use, check or post anything on social media
    ( for five hours. At the end of the five hours without using your accounts, answer the
    questions in the chart and give an overview of your experience.

    What have you been doing lately in social media?

    I check my social networks, I also talk to my family. I look at photos of my friends. Also,
    I watch a lot of funny and interesting videos. I share various videos and images to my
    brothers. I like to watch news and entertainment series.

    What have you stopped doing in social media?

    I stopped responding to messages quickly to my friends. I stopped commenting on photos


    of my cousins. I don't watch videos that have ads.
