Lead the development and implementation of the annual operating plan to drive
margin expansion, reduce complexity while continuing to deliver topline volume.
Analyze brand performance (shipment), consumption data (Nielsen), innovation or
renovation results, and taking action to make recommendations for future
steps/course correction. Develop brand forecasts with cross-functional input;
measure performance against benchmarks to ensure achievement of financial targets.
Manage and deliver all elements of the P&L (including volume, trade, COGS, A&P) and
work to strengthen or improve results over time.
Lead the commercialization of new product innovations/renovations through Stage
Gate, while developing and managing critical paths with excellence. This will
require leading internal cross-functional teams such as QA, R&D, Sales, Finance,
and Operations, to bring new product launches to life and drive projects forward
Understand the marketplace through analysis of syndicated data (i.e. AC Nielsen),
consumer research, and market trends, uncovering relevant insights to support
category management initiatives and new product launches
Manage brand budgets and plans to ensure all marketing activities are delivered in
line with project estimates and invoices are processed on time

Proven experience with data visualization techniques coupled with spatial data
experience (i.e. GIS); Experience using Tableau Desktop, Google Data Studio, and
ArcGIS would be considered assets
Experience advancing financial analysis, performance measurement and business
analysis best practices with work units across a wide range of disciplines
Demonstrated experience providing 'analytic translation' - providing a clear and
inspiring approach to extract meaning from analytics using data, visuals and
narrative
Skilled at analyzing data, deriving insights and building creative output in order
to turn complex challenges into easy to understand formats
