My first artifact is a PowerPoint presentation I created regarding the importance of kidney

donation. I provided statistical analysis proving the significant need for donors and a thorough
expectation for the process from beginning to end. My PowerPoint was created in a clear, fun
way that is easy to comprehend. I personally donated a kidney in 2020 so I have firsthand
experience with what to expect.
My second artifact is a reflection of my progress regarding goals I had set as an “HR director”
for a company. It was done through a simulation module. At the beginning I was to pick 5 goals I
wanted to achieve by a certain time frame and quantify what those goals would be. This
assignment had me look at my goals and look at my progress and determine if I was meeting
those goals or needed to make adjustments.
I have utilized modes including analysis, and creativity. I have developed competencies and
depth of understanding and gained an appreciation for the different ways we learn and
understand.
