PA user will log into meeting on personal device using the Teams application and Join the meeting.
Invitee
Invitee will receive an email invite where they can
click on the link to open the application. User can
use the browser on a PC, but it is required to
download the application on mobile device and iPad.
Workflow Shadowing On Teams
PA User:
User will need to approve invitees’ admission to Click on participant and Accept
the meeting. (Click on View lobby)
