    This document will illustrate how to use Microsoft Teams for external meetings.
    PA User:
    Send invite to Non-PA email address. Advise invitee to download the App if possible.

    PA user will log into meeting on personal device using the Teams application and Join the meeting.

    Invitee
    Invitee will receive an email invite where they can
    click on the link to open the application. User can
    use the browser on a PC, but it is required to
    download the application on mobile device and iPad.

    the meeting. (Click on View lobby)
