I was leading Stewarding department as a manager according to the hotel standards


and HACCP role regulation. I was fulfilling the Municipality requirements as per set
standards. I was responsible for the all kitchens and F&B Back of the house operation
cleaning and sanitation time to time. I was a part of Pre-Opening team as a team player.

Responsibilities: I was doing each day at this job all responsibilities as a Chief
Steward. Leading the stewarding department and implementation of HACCP laws for
cleaning & sanitation standards.
I was responsible for all Stewarding SOP's and my staff different trainings. I was
responsible for all stewarding & HACCP paper work time to time. I was responsible for
staff and kitchen hygiene. I joined this hotel during the construction before the Pre-
Opening; I assist to Executive Chef and Director F&B, I worked on BOQ as per our
professionally requirements in our all F&B areas.

Accomplishments: I have good impact during my time at this job. I joined this hotel
during the pre-opening team. This was very hard & difficult but very useful and helpful in
my skills improvement. I learned lot of new thing during the pre-opening and grand
opening. I faced lot of technically difficulties & there solutions during the opening. It was
full fill of experience for my career in future.

Skills Used: I used all kind of my skills & experience at this job for the successful
stewarding operation.

Accomplishments:
I impact lot of things during my time at Coral beach resort Sharjah. I learned new things
every day to my Executive Chef and implements time to time. I improved my skills and
standard by different kind of HACCP trainings at this time. I trained my stewarding team
also, how to follow the Stewarding SOP's and safety at work. I get also excellent
experience during kitchen renovation at Coral Beach Resort Sharjah (U.A.E).

Skills Used.
I demonstrate my all skills at this job as per my qualification, certification and
experience. All office work, Staff training, Cleaning schedule, Different kind of training
for staff, breakage control, Arranging of Stores & Inventory time to time. I always keep
up the stewarding cleaning & Sanitation Standard as per HACCP. In my stay here I
don't have single one complain about my kitchen cleaning & Hygiene. I followed the
stewarding SOP's every & each day for successful Stewarding operation.
