Ready meals, also known as pre packed meals.

As the name says it has already been cooked,


packed and ready to eat. This may cause some goods in your body as it could damage your
shape if you abuse this type of food. However, meals cooked by a person are healthier and way
more delicious depending on your taste.

The kind of people that are fitness minded must eat this kind of meal all the time. Since they
care a lot about what they are ingesting, the nutritional band on the package is going to help
that person. All the information of the meal will be written down on the back of the wrapping,
also the ingredients which were used to prepare that meal. And if somebody is allergic to
something just have to look at the ingredients and see if they eat it or not.

However, this type of food is bad for human health, because the chemicals that are used on
them are dangerous to the people. Besides that, a homemade meal will always be healthier,
and way more delicious than a pre packed meal for the fact that it does not have any chemical
that could damage your stomach because the ingredients are fresh and way cheaper.

In conclusion, ready meals are not as good as they make you think. It could damage your
stomach and be more expensive. On the other hand, homemade meals have more nutrients
because of their freshness.
