    Sir/Madam:

    Greetings!

    Records of this office show that you still have existing delinquencies on payment of
    stall rentals. Furthermore, you are still non-compliant with regards to its settlement
    despite the series of notice of payments our office served you.

    In line with this, it is highly requested that the said deficiency be paid immediately
    within fifteen (15) days upon receipt hereof, otherwise, the Municipal Government of
    Binmaley will implement a TEMPORARY CLOSURE of your business on June 14,
    2023. This is our final demand based on records kept in our office. If payment has
    been made, you may present proof of payment within fifteen (15) days from receipt
    hereof, otherwise, said temporary closure shall become enforceable.
