Program Objectives:
1. Provide students with relevant and appropriate theoretical and practical know- how in automotive engineering technology.
2. Generate quality and innovative researches relative to automotive engineering technology for utilization and commercialization.
3. Extend program-generated technology and practical expertise to the community and other stakeholders to foster economic growth in the community.
4. Inculcate desirable work attitudes and moral values that will promote productivity, industrial peace and environment-friendly society.

C. Specific to Bachelor of Engineering Technology Major in Mechanical Technology Option Electrical Engineering Technology
By the time of graduation, the students of the program shall have the ability to:
c.1. Utilize knowledge of science and mathematics to solve related problems in the field of electrical technology.
c.3. Interpret and convey any information relative to electrical technology in response to workplace requirement.
c.4. Work effectively in a team environment that is multidisciplinary and multi-cultural in nature.
c.6. Keep abreast with contemporary issues and internalize the preservation of the Filipino cultural and aesthetic heritage.
c.9. Become quality electricians employable both in the local and global electrical workplace.
c.10. Maintain, repair and rewind electric motors and transformers and perform transformer banking.
c.11. Produce technicians capable of making proper connections to operate electric motors in motor control systems and sequential control systems, operate AC and DC
motors and diagnose troubles encountered in industrial motor control systems.
c.12. Work as electronic technicians capable of performing troubleshooting and reading of electronic circuits used in industrial machines and controls that uses electronic
components.
c.14. Troubleshoot electronically operated devices in manufacturing industries and apply principles of operation of industrial processing controls and other electronic devices
used in processing plants/industries.
Course Description: The Course will provide students with fundamental grounding in the natural sciences and engineering, and in the applied skills required to develop sustainable
solutions for major societal and environmental challenges.
