* Incidental cost not inlcluded in the quotation, such as but not limited to covid test and scaffolding. Term of Payment: 100% before scheduling of delivery, for reservation 50% DP.
* Unloading of items is strictly within 15 meters from delivery truck parking. Client must inform the seller upon order placement if there are any
restrictions regarding delivery; such as, but not limited to truck size and delivery permits.
CONDITION:
1 Price may subject to change without prior notice. Downpayment will be served as reservation fee and is non-refundable
2 Delivery leadtime: Onhand stock can be delivered within 1-3 working days after clearing of payment, indent order will take 30 - 60 days. For reservation 50% downpayment is needed.
Supplier has the right to allocate reserved stocks to other buyers if customer fails to claim the reserved order within the agreed target pick up date.
3 Area/quantity is only an estimate. Any deficit/discrepancy in quantity will be charged accordingly. Installation cost is based on a smooth and ready to apply surface, any floor preparation will be for the account of the client.
Installed flooring problem caused by imperfect floor finish (such as uneven floor etc.) is not the responsibility of seller.
4 Grain variation and shading variation is normal due to bamboo's natural characteristics. Bamboo planks are not totally same from each other. Shading variation, bamboo grain/knuckle variable are not considered as defect,
and will not be grounds for replacement of the flooring. Wool, wood, marble, and clay are all used in various flooring materials, and all have natural color variations.
5 There is possible floor expansion and contraction during seasonal and temperature changes due to bamboo's natural charateristic.
6 Any concerns regarding product quality or design should be raised to the seller prior to installation, and will be subjected to inspection and possible replacement.
Proceeding of installation means client has accepted the product design, quality, installation method, etc.
7 Baseboard, Tmolding and End Profile are recommended to be installed in order to hold the flooring edge. Flooring problem caused by uninstallation of accessories is not responsibility of the seller.
8 Item is subjected to 1 year structural warranty from date of delivery, 1 year installation and structural warranty for project with inhouse installation. This warranty excludes any blemishes or damage
caused by improper use or maintenance, such as the use of inappropriate cleaning detergents, excessive moisture, extremely wet mopping, flooding, physical scratches etc.
This warranty does not cover natural discoloration over time (which is typical in wood and other natural flooring), or as a result of uneven light absorption due to protective coverings placed on the floor.
9 Return of excess material will only be accepted within 30 calendar days upon delivery. Returns must be on a per box basis and must be in perfect condition.
10 Returns are subjected to inspection and approval, credit will be released within 10 working days after returning of items. Seller reserves the right to reject returned products based on evaluation of product condition.
11 Returns should be delivered to supplier's warehouse, delivery charge should be shouldered by buyer. Approved by: Conforme:
