Preface

"When the French monarch proposed the persecution of Christians in his dominion, an old statesman and warrior said to him, Sire, the church of God is an anvil that has worn out many hammers.' So the hammers of infidels have been pecking away at this book for ages, but the hammers are worn out, and the anvil still endures. If this book had not been the book of God, men would have destroyed it long ago. Emperors and popes, kings and priests, princes and rulers have all tried their hand at it; they die and the book still lives. "No other book has been so chopped, knived, sifted, scrutinized, and vilified. What book on philosophy or religion or psychology or belles lettres of classical or modern times has been subject to such a mass attack as the Bible? With such venom and skepticism? With such thoroughness and erudition? Upon every chapter, line and tenet? "Infidels of eighteen hundred years have been making ceaseless attempts at refuting and overthrowing this book, and yet it stands today as solid rock. Its circulation increases, and it is more loved and cherished and read today than ever before. Infidels, with all their assaults, make about as much impression on this book as a man with a tack hammer would on the Pyramids of Egypt. H.L. Hastings

The Foundation Of law and The Law

All law and order, all societies, rests upon some legal authority. There must be a source or foundation for the laws and jurisprudence of a nation. Many different modes of law and justice have been devised, yet after thousands of years of struggle along these lines the world has failed to find any system of law and justice, which can compare with that which is taught in the Bible. Human legal systems come and go and are continually in the process of reform and change, but the eternal principles of justice, truth and righteousness established by God for man are unchanged. They have endured the test of time by way of their proven effectiveness. Thus, all equitable codes of jurisprudence are founded upon Biblical teachings and principles, and indeed must conform to them, as Sir William Blackstone well says: Upon these two foundations, the law of nature and the law of revelation [Holy Scriptures] depend all human laws; that is to say, no human laws should be suffered to contradict these [1 B1. Comm.42]. Blackstone further stipulates that human laws are only declaratory of, and act in subordination to, divine and natural laws; and should any human law allow or enjoin us to do what divine law has prohibited, we are bound to transgress that human law. [1 Bl. Comm. 42-43].

It is Undeniable that Gods Law supersedes mans law

God forbid, we establish the Law. [Romans 3:31.] Definition of establish: create, institute, set up, initiate, start Sir William Blackstone clearly understood scripture. If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29]. "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." [Isaiah 55:8-9]

It is our duty and we are bound to Obey God & Gods Laws
Duties may be considered in the relation of man towards God, towards himself, and towards mankind. 1. We are bound to obey the will of God as far as we are able to discover it, because he is the sovereign Lord of the universe

who made and governs all things by his almighty power, and infinite wisdom. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition No guilt attaches to him who is compelled to obey Bouviers Law Dictionary 1856 edition The Laws of God are IMMUTABLE. What cannot be removed, what is unchangeable. The laws of God being perfect are immutable, but no human law can be so considered. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition. Gods Law is irreproachable We can do nothing against Truth. [2 Corinthians 13:8] [Deuteronomy 32:4]: God is Truth [Psalm 119:142]: The Law is Truth Lex est ab aeterno. The Law is from everlasting. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition. Gods Law is perfect and everlasting. Gods Law doesn't go away because man re-invents his own laws. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition God's law is also proven eternal and everlasting in scripture. [Psa 119:152,160] [Psa 111:7-8]

Bouviers recognizes that Gods Law and the land are the same
"Le ley de Dieu et ley de terre sont tout un, et l'un et l'autre preferre et favour le common et publique bien del terre--The law of God and the law of the land are all one; and both preserve and favor the common good of the land." Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), "Maxim," p. 2142. "Legem terrae amittentes perpetuam infamiae notam inde merito incurrunt-- Those who do not preserve the law of the land, then justly incur the ineffaceable brand of infamy." Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), 'Maxim," p. 2142. The lex non scripta is the law of the land because it preserves both the Christian Man and the state. Whoever rebels against the laws of the land [God] shall be put to death. [Josh. 1:18]. Note: Do not confuse Gods Law of the Land with the common law; which is founded from the Custom of Merchants, Law-Merchant, Law of Merchants and Roman law. Man's observance of divine law is essential in his moral conduct, economic well being, and social order, just as the physical laws are essential in an orderly universe. The Bible contains those precepts and commands which constitute the legal and moral authority to guide human conduct. There is no doubtful authority contained in the words: "Thus saith the LORD." This is the authority all law and justice must be founded upon. Biblical justice consists of an exact and scrupulous regard for the rights of others, with a deliberate purpose to preserve them on all occasions sacred and inviolate, and for the perpetual disposition to render every man his due. The Bible also contains many rules, regulations and laws for the creation, maintenance and enforcement of oaths and contracts, which are essential acts for both conducting daily business and in administering justice. See: Biblical Law for Oaths, Vows and Contracts Laws of Biblical society held that one who had undertaken a duty or obligation, in legal form, must fully and exactly perform it, at all regards. If a man acted, he did so at his own risk. It was his duty to keep his eyes open and abide by the consequences of his agreement and the law of the land. Biblical justice stresses the importance of requiring two or more witnesses in order to condemn a person of some offense. In Biblical law, as it is today, it is mandatory that witnesses give their testimony in the presence of the accused and that they testify by oath. Legal fictions cannot make claims and give testimony against bondmen, as they [as Legal Fictions] have not the breath of life and lack the authority to perfect a claim at Law. Where there is no Law there is no transgression therefore, a bondman cannot transgress against or offend a Legal Fiction.

Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. [Romans 4:15] For the same reasons the Legal Fiction cannot believe in a God that punishes evil and rewards good. It is not capable of swearing an oath and has no conscience to bind. It is folly.

Secular Recognition of Bondservant in Case Law

"No man can be charged in equity as a partner [secular character], and sued at law [Bondman Character] as a debtor of the firm, for his adversary cannot place him in these incompatible legal attitudes." Rheem v Snodgrass (1853), 2 Grant's Cases (Pa.) 379, 380. [Secular and Bondman characters are two separate and distinct incompatible legal attitudes and capacities. ". . .and what communion hath light with darkness?"] "Individuals [Bondman] rely for protection of their right on God's law, and not upon regulations and proclamations of departments of government, or officers who have been designated to carry laws into effect." Baty v. Sale, 43 Ill. 351. [Codes, edicts, proclamations, and decisions are not Law, which define or regulate the Good and Lawful Bondman. Therefore, title 42 "law" suits are ungodly, and are the redress for and of human beings, i.e., nonbelievers.] See: Definition of Human Beings Must read this!!! Servant: A servi is pro nulloakin to death in relationship to civil law. Digesta Justiniana 50. 17. 209. Law and justice are to exist as fixed and standard rules. They never were to be determined by what any individual or Judge believed was right or wrong, good or bad; but by what was right or wrong according to what God established: You shall not follow other gods [ways, laws, etc] ... You shall diligently keep the commandments of the LORD your God, His testimonies, and His statutes, which He commanded you. And you shall do what is right and good in the sight of the LORD, that it may be well with you. [Deut.6:14-18]. With the law established, it is imperative it be publicized, for it has been a recognized maxim throughout the ages that; A law is not obligatory unless it be promulgated. [Publicized] See: A law is not obligatory unless it be promulgated. When God gave Israel the law, He verbally pronounced it to them [Exod. 20]. Later He had Moses pronounce the laws to the people [Exod. 24:3]. If the law was not made public, and instead placed directly in the 'Ark of the Covenant' (which no one was allowed to touch), the people would never have been obliged to keep the law. That we might not be ignorant of the law and justice God requires of us, He had performed one of His greatest works- the recording of His word on these matters in the Bible and preserving that word throughout the ages.

Ignorance of God & Gods Laws

Inevitably there will be those that reject God and His Laws and they will say: What if I dont believe in God or the

Bible? According to law of man your personal belief system is irrelevant. The secular courts acknowledge that every man is presumed to believe in God, and he who opposes a witness on the ground of his unbelief is bound to prove it. 3 Bouv. Inst. u.3180. And; According to the Law of God we are all bound to our lawgiver, regardless of our personal interpretation of reality. And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. [Hebrews 8:11]

For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; he will save us. [Isaiah 33:22], We are also to know God is our Lawgiver: There is one lawgiver [James 4:12] We know God is our Lawgiver because God forbid, we establish the Law. [Romans 3:31.] Definition of establish: create, institute, set up, initiate, start So when you reject God and His Laws both the courts and God consider you an Infidel because God is the Law.

God IS The Law

[Romans 16:26]: God is Eternal [Psalm 111:7-8]: The Law is Eternal [John 4:24]: God is Spiritual [Romans 7:14]: The Law is Spiritual [Psalm 145:17]: God is Righteous [Psalm 119:172]: The Law is Righteous [Matthew 5:48]: God is Perfect [Psalm 19:7]: The Law is Perfect [Luke 18:19]: God is Good [Romans 7:12]: The Law is Good [Deuteronomy 32:4]: God is Just [Romans 7:12]: The Law is Just [1 John 3:3]: God is Pure [Psalms 19:8]: The Law is Pure [I John 4:8]: God is Love [Romans 13:10]: The Law is Love [I John 1:5]: God is Light [Proverbs 6:23]: The Law is Light [Psalms 48:1]: God is Great [Hosea 8:12]: The Law is Great [Deuteronomy 32:4]: God is Truth [Psalm 119:142]: The Law is Truth [Isaiah 5:16]: God is Holy [Romans 7:12]: The Law is Holy Infidel, Persons, evidence. One who does not believe in the existence of a God, who will reward or punish in this world or that which is to come. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition To reject Gods Law is to become dead in Law. The law [mans] rejects your testimony because there are has no religious principles to bind the conscience, you could lie without fear of retribution, a guilty conscience or divine punishment.

Secular Recognition of infidel in Case Law

Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition Definition of Witness: 23. - 4. When the witness has no religious principles to bind his conscience, the law rejects his testimony; but there is not such defect of religious principles, when the witness believes in the existence of a God, who will reward or punish in this world or that which is to come. [Willes' R. 550]. Jurare est Deum in testum vocare, et est actus divini cultus. To swear is to call God to witness, and is an act of religion. 3 Co. Inst. 165. Vide 3 Bouv. Inst. n. 3180, note; 1 Benth. Rat. of Jud. Ev. 376, 371, note. See: Testifying under Oath If you are Lawless [without God] than you are voluntarily in Caesars Jurisdiction. See Human beings i.e. nonbelievers, those who reject divinity. Note the Baty v. Sale, 43 Ill. 351 ruling Therefore, title 42 "law" suits are ungodly, and are the redress for and of human beings, i.e., non-believers.

Rejecting Gods Law

Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! [Ezekiel 13:3]

We claim to honor Gods Law with our lips but our sin finds us out. They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. [Titus 1:16]

Thus, the Lord has said: "Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain, for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh His name in vain." And the agent on the Earth to exact punishment for violations of this Commandment is none other than the courts we have today. We knowingly and willfully violate this Commandment by our own acts -- daily! We do those things we ought not, against God's Law, while demanding the benefits, privileges, and opportunities of ungodly governments, which is precisely how we willing end up in Caesars Jurisdiction. willfully rejecting Gods Laws. Secular courts have no jurisdiction over the Bondservant of Christ!

Gods Law is Truth

Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy Law is the truth. [Pss.119 142] Gods Law is irreproachable We can do nothing against Truth. [2 Corinthians 13:8] [Deuteronomy 32:4]: God is Truth [Psalm 119:142]: The Law is Truth

You cannot claim to obey Gods Law & follow Mammon

You cannot serve two masters [Matthew 6:24, Luke 16:13] "Ye cannot drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of devils: ye cannot be partakers of the Lord's table, and of the table of devils." [1 Corinthians 10:21]

Your works testify as to whom you are obedient to

Ye shall know them by their fruits." [Matt 7:16.] The word "fruit" used here is Strong's Number 2590, which means "work, act, deed" [Strong's Greek & Hebrew Dictionary] They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. [Titus 1:16] He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. [I John 2:4.] You must know and stand [walk] in Gods Law at all times to avoid Caesars Jurisdiction and claim Gods protection. If you were truly a Bondservant of Christ you would know and invoke Gods Laws! All must confirm the words of the Law by doing them. [Deut 27:26; Gal. 3:10.] And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity [Lawlessness]. [Matthew 7:23]

Establish yourself as a Bondservant of Christ by knowing & following His Laws

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. [I John 2:3.] And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. [Joshua 24:15]

The Law of Slaves

The Law of Slaves (bondservants) When one becomes, and remains, a true bondman of his lord and master, he is as his lord and master [Matthew 10:25]; all debts and other bindings are paid. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master [Matthew 10:25] Wast thou called being a bondman [*of men]? Let it not be a care to thee: but and if thou art able to become free, use it rather. For he being called in the Lord, being a bondman, is a freedman of the Lord: likewise also he that is called, being free, is a bondman of Christ. With a price ye were bought; become not bondmen of men. [1 Corinthians 7:21-23] A servi is pro nulloakin to death in relationship to civil law. Digesta Justiniana 50. 17. 209. When walking in newness of life and therefore hid in the Christ, man's law cannot, in Law, see or touch His bondmen:

Lost & Lawless without Gods Law

If you depart from the Law you will wander without a guide and everything will be in a state of uncertainty to every one. [Joshua 1:8] Where there is no law there is no transgression, as it regards the world. For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that. [Romans 4:15] In other words We cannot transgress against dead legal fictions because they are dead in Law!!!! We are bound by duty to obey Gods Laws.

Why we must obey Gods Law

God commands it for our own good because we are lost without God. Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God. [Leviticus 18:4] Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, for ever. [Deuteronomy 4:40]

Its our duty to follow Gods Law

The whole duty of man is to live by God's commandments [Ecclesiastes 12:13], not man's commandments which turn from the Truth [Mark 7:7, Colossians 2:20-22, Titus 1:14]. What duty is there to a servant of Christ except to fulfil God's Law? [Romans 13:8]

Dont follow the multitudes for they are the unbelievers

The multitude of those who err is no excuse for error. [Exodus 23:2]

He acts prudently [judiciously, wisely] who obeys the commands of the Law. [Ecclesiastes 12:13]

Gods ways are higher than our ways

"For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." [Isaiah 55:8-9] Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe unto the foolish prophets, that follow their own spirit, and have seen nothing! [Ezekiel 13:3]

Gods Law is Eternal

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the Law, till all be fulfilled. [Mat 5:18] Our Lord's words have a very definite impact, because the words of God do not pass away [Matthew 24:35]. It seems obvious from the very nature of both the Ten Commandments and the ordinances, that it was only the Ordinances that were made obsolete at the cross, through the death and resurrection of our Lord.

The Ten Commandments remain as an eternal Law of love.

Jesus Himself said about the commandment law. [Mat 5:18] For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Judge for yourself! Does Gods Law still apply today?

The Lord is our Judgenot the government or other man:

The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. [Psalm 7.8] Wherefore I have not sinned against thee, but thou doest me wrong to war against me: the LORD the Judge be judge this day between the children of Israel and the children of Ammon. Book 7 [Judges 11.27] There is only one lawgiver [James 4:12] For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, the Lord is our king; he will save us.[Isaiah 33:22] But the Lord shall endure forever: He hath prepared his throne for judgment. [Psalm 9:7] Our God shall come, and shall not keep silence: a fire shall devour before him, and it shall be very tempestuous round about him. He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people. Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice. And the heavens shall declare his righteousness: for God is Judge himself. [Psalm 50:3-6] The Lord: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth. [Psalm 96:13] I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work. [Ecclesiastes 3:17] Rejoice, O young man, in they youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart. and in the sight of thine eyes: but know thou, that for all these things God will bring thee into judgment. [Ecclesiastes 11:9] And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. [Acts 10:42]

The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgement to be punished. [II Peter 2:4-9] And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. [Revelation 20:13]

No Justice in mans Laws

"Many wait on the favor of rulers; but justice comes to a man from the LORD" [Proverbs 29:26]

We are to obey the command of a Judge

Whoever does anything by the command of a judge is not reckoned to have done it with an evil intent, because it is necessary to obey. [Isaiah 33:22, "For the LORD is our judge"] Ye shall do my judgments, and keep mine ordinances, to walk therein: I am the LORD your God. [Leviticus 18:4] Before the LORD; for he cometh to judge the earth: with righteousness shall he judge the world, and the people with equity. [Psalms 98:9] No guilt attaches to him who is compelled to obey Bouviers Law Dictionary 1856 edition "Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God [*not man], and keep his commandments [*not mans commandments]: for this is the whole duty of man." [Ecclesiastes 12:13]

Requirements of Civil Leaders

God ordained rulers with only two duties...to reward good and punish evil [John 18:23, Romans 13:3-4, 1 Peter 2:14]. That's it! Anything they do beyond this is out of their ordained duties and God will take vengeance on those that make grievous laws. "Woe unto them that prescribe grievous laws and take away the right from the poor." [Isaiah 10:1-2] Leaders chosen must be wise and just. [Deut. 1:13; 2 Sam. 23:3; Psa. 2:10; Prov. 21:10; Prov. 29:14; Ezek. 45:9]. Civil leaders are to be diligent in governing. [Rom. 12:8]. Civil leaders are to be men of truth, hating covetousness. [Exod. 18:21]. Civil leaders, judges and officers are to fear God. [Exod. 18:21; Deut. 17:19; 2 Sam. 23:3; 2 Chron. 19:7, 9; Psa. 2:10-11]. Civil leaders are to be of God. [Deut. 17:15; Hos. 8:4; Prov. 8:15-16; Rom. 13:1]. Rulers are not to be a terror to good behavior, but rather to the wicked and evil doers. [Prov. 20:26; Rom. 13:3-4]. Civil rulers are not to use their office and position to bring gain to themselves. [Deut. 17:16-17]. Civil rulers are ministers of God for good. [Rom. 13:4] Irresponsible civil leaders are they who are either blind, ignorant, lazy, greedy, self-centered, drunkards, or act for their own gain. [Isa. 56:10-12]. Civil rulers are to record, preserve, study and proclaim the law of God at all times. [Exod. 18:20; Deut. 17:18-20; Deut. 31:9, 24-26; Josh. 8:32,34-35; 2 Kings 22:8-20; 2 Kings 23:1-3].

If a ruler unintentionally or out of ignorance violates the law and the violation comes to his knowledge, he shall make restitution for it. [Lev. 4:22-23]. Civil leaders and authorities are to be men not women. [Exod. 18:21; Deut. 1:13, 15; Isa. 3:12]. Government officers are to execute judgment and righteousness, and deliver the spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor; they are to do no wrong, do no violence to the stranger, the fatherless, nor the widow, neither shed innocent blood in the land. [Jer. 22:3]. Government officers that engage in conspiracy, treachery and murder are to be put to death. [Judges 9:1-57]. The Law of God is to be read in public addresses by civil leaders to direct the course of society and government. [Josh. 8:34-35; 2 Kings 23:1-3; 2 Chron. 17:7-9; 2 Chron. 34:30; Neh. 13:1-3]. A good civil leader or judge is from God, and keeps a people from rebelling against the ways of God. [Judges 2:1819; Judges 3:9-12]. Civil authorities who are oppressive do not understand justice. [Prov. 28:5,16]. Lying is unbecoming in rulers. [Prov. 17:7]. If a ruler hearken to lies, all his aides and ministers become wicked. [Prov. 29:12]. Those in government are not to consult mediums or spiritists for guidance but are to inquire of the LORD. [1 Chron. 10:13-14]. Civil leaders are not to drink lest it causes them to forget the law and pervert justice. [Prov. 31:4-5]. Civil rulers are to be chosen from among thy brethren or race, we are not to put a stranger (an alien or one of another race) over us in a position of authority. [Exod. 18:21; Deut 17:15; Jer. 30:21]. God will punish civil authorities who punish unjustly and contrary to the law. [Acts 23:1-3]. It is an abomination for a civil ruler to commit wickedness, for his office is established on righteousness. [Prov. 16:12].

Frame of Government
The powers of government are appointed by God and are in His hand. [Prov. 8:15-16; Prov. 21:1; Rom. 13:1] A distribution of power and levels of authority are to be established-rulers of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens. [Exod. 18:21, 25; Deut 1:13-15]. Judges, magistrates and officers are to be appointed in all towns and cities. [Deut 16:18; 2 Chron. 19:5; Ezra 7:25]. The less wicked a government is, the more the righteous will prosper. [Prov. 28:12, 28]. Government is to be for the punishment of the evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well. [Rom. 13:3; 1 Pet 2:14]. Warnings against an all-powerful leader, king or central government. [1 Sam. 8:9-22]. When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked bare rule, the people mourn. [Prov. 29:2]. Government officials are to be chosen by the people. [Deut. 1:13; Deut 16:18].

When the wicked are removed from the presence of civil leaders, the government will be established in righteousness. [Prov. 25:5].

Judges
"'For God has delegated to civil magistrates in place of parents the right to punish evil-doers " [1 Luther's Cat. Writings 79] This Bible states that it is by the power of God that "kings reign and princes decree justice, and judges rule and preside" [Prov. 8:15-16]. Since all authority originates and comes from God, it should be that all valid government be based upon God's laws. When officers or judges in authority do not exercise that authority for its designated purpose, the obligation to them would consequently ceases to exist. Again: God ordained rulers with only two duties...to reward good and punish evil [John 18:23, Romans 13:3-4, 1 Peter 2:14]. That's it! Anything they do beyond this is out of their ordained duties. Judges shall justify the righteous and condemn the wicked. [Deut. 25:1-3]. When we refer to human Judges, we are to ask ourselves if they meet Gods requirements to Judge. No Judge in the secular world can claim authority over the Bondservant of Christ. Judges shall righteously judge the causes and transgressions between persons with just judgment. [Lev. 19:15; Deut 1: 16; Deut 16:18; 1 Sam. 2:25; 2 Sam. 7:11; 2 Chron. 19:5; Psa. 82:2-4; Prov. 31:9].

Judges are accountable to God

It is punishment enough for a judge that he is responsible to God. [Psalms 2:10-12, Romans 13] Judici satis paena est quod Deum habet ultorem. It is punishment enough for a judge that he is responsible to God. [1 Leon. 295]. Judges were originally established by God. [Judges 2:16, 18; 2 Sam. 7:11]. This far from the case now. Judges are employed by the Crown and serve the Crowns interests therefore; they cannot be impartial in rendering judgments against or for you as their oath to the Crown is in direct conflict with Gods interests and the interests of his servants. Judges are not to be partial or respect persons in judgment, but shall equally judge the small as well as the great. [Exod. 23:31 6; Deut 1:17; Lev. 19:15; 2 Chron. 19:7; Prov. 18:5; Prov. 24:23; James 2:9]. Judges are not to take a gift or bribe. [2 Chron. 19:7]. SWEAR ALLEGECE TO CROWN or get paid to SERVE the Crown!!! For a complete description see: Bribery The real question to ask is: Do you serve the living God and obey His Law? Then by whos [what] authority do you judge me? As Paul says, "why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience? For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?" [1 Corinthians 10:29-30]

Judges are to judge the people at all times. [Exod. 18:22, 26]. Judges and magistrates are to know the laws of God. [Ezra 7:25]. Judges judge not for man but for God. [Deut. 1: 17; 2 Chron. 19:6]. The judge that justifies the wicked and condemns the just is an abomination to God. [Prov. 17:15].

Wisdom and knowledge is needed and should be prayed for in order to judge between good and bad. [1 Kings 3:9; 2 Chron. 1:10; James 1:5]. Judges are to judge matters according to the laws, statutes, commandments, and judgments of God. [Exod. 18:16; 2 Chron. 19:10]. It is the duty of a good judge to remove the cause of litigation. [Acts 18:12-16]

Lawsuits and Court Procedure

Bondservants are to stick to strict scriptural principals in resolving matters between themselves. They are not to go to the secular courts before the unjust. Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? [1Cor.6: 1] what communion hath light with darkness?" Ordinary cases submitted to judges. [Deut. 25:1-2]. Both sides of a case are to be heard -He that answers a matter before he hears it, it is folly and shame to him. [Prov. 18:13]. The judges shall make diligent inquisition and investigation into the case before them. [Deut. 19:18; Deut 21:1-3]. One cannot be tried and sentenced without an accuser indicating the charges against him. [Acts 23:35; Acts 25:16, 27]. Some exceptional cases are to be tried by the priests. [Deut. 17:8-12; Deut. 21:1-5]. Extreme cases are submitted to the LORD. [Num. 5:11-31; Deut. 1: 17]. For all manner of trespasses concerning property, the cause of both parties shall come before the judges. [Exod. 22:9]. Suits against brethren should be avoided especially when tried before unbelievers. [1 Cor. 6:1-8]. No man is to be judged until the court hears from him his case and knows the facts of what he has done. [John 7:51]. Do not go hastily to court to argue your case. Reflect what may be the result should your neighbor prevail against you. So discuss your case with your neighbor. [Prov. 25:8-9]. A thorough investigation is to be made before accusing anyone of a serious crime, or convicting him of it. [Deut. 13:14; Deut. 17:3-5]. Appeals can be made in difficult or important matters to a higher or more capable authority. [Exod. 18:22,26; Deut 1: 17; Deut 17:8-9]. When you appeal a case, you are to abide by the decision or verdict of the appellate judge or court. [Deut. 17:1011]. The congregation of the people (jury) can judge matters in a criminal case. [Num. 35:12, 24-25]. There shall be no contempt of court. [Deut. 17:12, 13; Rom. 13:1-3; Titus 3:1]. An inquest is to be made of a person found slain when it is not known who has killed him. [Deut. 21:1-9].

Do not contend with a man in court without cause, if he has done you no harm. [Prov. 3:30].

Judgment Guidelines
The aim of judgments in civil disputes should be to justify the righteous and condemn the wicked. [Deut. 25:1; 2 Chron. 6:22-23; Prov. 17:15; Prov. 18:5]. Judgments are to adhere to a just and standard system of weights, measurements, and balances. [Lev. 19:35-36]. Execute true judgment between man and man. [Ezek. 18:8; Zech. 7:9]. The man who will act presumptuously and will not listen to the proper authorities or the judges, should be put to death. [Deut. 17:12-13; Num. 15:30-31]. Controversies are to be judged according to God's judgments. [Ezek. 44:24]. Judge not according to the outward appearance of things. [1 Sam. 16:7; Matt. 23:27-28; John 7:24; 2 Cor. 10:7]. Ignorance of a crime (or breaking a law unintentionally) does not excuse the crime or eliminate punishment. [Lev. 4:27-28; Lev. 5:15-19; Num. 15:27-28]. One who does anything unintentionally or out of ignorance is to be given a lighter sentence than a person who does anything defiantly or with outright contempt of the law. [Num. 15:29-31; Luke 12:47-48]. Fathers shall not be put to death for the crimes of their children, neither shall the children be put to death for the crimes of their father. [Deut. 24:16; 2 Kings 14:6; 2 Chron. 25:4; Jer. 31:29-30; Ezek. 18:20]. You shall not be afraid in any man's presence, for the judgment is God's. [Deut. 1: 17]. Do not show partiality in judgment. [Exod. 23:3; Lev. 19:15; Deut 16:19; Prov. 24:23]. See: Justice In Law and Judgment See: Witnesses and Testimony See: Damages and Restitution

Obligations to Officers and Government

We should respect and give obedience to rulers and authorities who preside as God's ministers. [Deut. 17:12-13; Josh. 1:16-17; Rom. 13:1-7; Titus 3:1; Heb. 13:17; 1 Pet 2:13-14, 17; 2 Pet 2:10]. Disobedience to government is justified when government requires an ungodly or unlawful act. [Exod. 1:15-20; Josh. 2:1-18]. We should pray for civil leaders. [Ezra 6:10; 1 Tim. 2:1-2]. It is not proper to despise government. [2 Pet 2:10]. Rebellion is justified by oppressive laws and taxes. [2 Chron. 10:13-19]. We should disregard laws prohibiting the gospel. [Acts 4:18-21; Acts 27-29]. We should not rebel or cause insurrection against the established government. [2 Sam. 20:1-22]. You shall not curse or speak evil of civil rulers or dignitaries. [Exod. 22:28; Acts 23:5; 2 Pet. 2:10; Jude 1:8].

Submit to them that have civil authority. [Heb. 13:17; 1 Pet. 2:13-14]. We are not to submit to human edicts when in conflict with Divine laws. [Dan. 3:10-18; Dan. 6:7-23; Acts 4:13-21; Acts 5:16-32].

Treason and Rebellion

Whoever rebels against the laws of the land [GOD] shall be put to death. [Josh. 1:18].

The Law of the Land / The Law of God

The laws, statutes, commandments and judgments of God are to be kept throughout the land. [Lev. 18:4-5; Deut. 5:32-33; Ezek. 20:19]. There is to be one law applied to the citizen and the stranger. [Exod. 12:49; Lev. 24:22; Num. 9:14]. Foreigners to abide by and obey God's law. [Lev. 16:29; Lev. 17:12-15; Lev. 18:26; Lev. 24:16; Lev. 25:6; Num. 15:30; Num. 35:15; Deut. 1:16; Deut. 5:14; Deut. 24:17; Deut. 27:19; Deut. 31:12: Josh. 8:33-35]. The LORD is our lawgiver. [Isa. 33:22; James 4:12]. You shall not follow the laws and ordinances of other nations in your land. [Lev. 18:3; Mic. 6:16; 2 Kings 17:1920]. He who does any thing defiantly and with contempt for the law, that person shall be cut off from among his people. [Num. 15:29-31]. All must confirm the words of the Law by doing them. [Deut 27:26; Gal. 3:10.] Laws and decrees that are contrary to Divine law or justice, or oppress the rights of persons, are repugnant and void. [Isa. 10:1-2; Isa. 24:5-6; Dan. 3:10-30; Dan. 6:5-22]. We are to remember the ancient events and principles of the past, which formed the law of the land. [1 Sam. 24:13; Job 8:8; Isa. 51:2; Jer. 18:15.] see also: Standing Upon The Land

Gods Law and the land are the same recognized in Bouviers Law Dictionary
"Le ley de Dieu et ley de terre sont tout un, et l'un et l'autre preferre et favour le common et publique bien del terre--The law of God and the law of the land are all one; and both preserve and favor the common good of the land." Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), "Maxim," p. 2142. "Legem terrae amittentes perpetuam infamiae notam inde merito incurrunt-- Those who do not preserve the law of the land, then justly incur the ineffaceable brand of infamy." Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), 'Maxim," p. 2142. [The lex non scripta is the law of the land because it preserves both the Christian Man and the state.]

Why does the secular world recognize Gods Laws? Because God created everything & everything is His
"God spoke and it came to be." All that exists owes its being to this call, to this word, to this creative act of God. He created everything, heaven and earth, and there is nothing that was not created by Him. He created everything in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible (for there are also invisible creatures, namely the angels & demons).

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether [they be] thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: [Colossians 1:16] Where wast thou when I laid the foundations of the earth? declare, if thou hast understanding. [Job 38:4] "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth." [Genesis 1:1,] For the earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof" [1 Corinthians 10:26,28] He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion. [Jer. 10:12] "The land shall not be sold for ever: for the land is mine; for ye are strangers and sojourners with me." [Leviticus 25:23,] "But the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession." [Leviticus 25:34,] "The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein." [Psalms 24:1]

Mans laws is Foolishness to God

For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. [1Cor. 3:19] Mans laws are based on tradition etc. not Scripture or Gods Laws. "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in manthan to put confidence in princes." [Psalms 118:8-9] "Put not your trust in princes." [Psalms 146:3]

Observing Gods Law and obeying Gods Laws are separate matters
To know the laws, is not to observe their mere words, but their force and power [John 6:68] Man says, "We ought to obey men rather than God." But God says, "We ought to obey God rather than men" [Acts 5:29] You cannot serve two masters [Matthew 6:24, Luke 16:13]

We are all bound to Gods Law

We are all bound to our lawgiver, regardless of our personal interpretation of reality. [Isaiah 33:22, James 4:12]

To know Gods Law is empowering

Those awake, not those asleep, the laws assist. [1 Timothy 1:9] "Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?" [Ecclesiastes 8:4]
You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [James 4:4-7]

The power of Gods word

I have slain them by the words of my mouth:" [Hosea 6:5] "The officers answered, never man spake like this man." [John 7:46] "Let your speech be alway with gracethat ye may know how ye ought to answer every man." [Colossians 4:6] "The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom." [Psalms 37:30] "Where the word of a king is, there is power: and who may say unto him, What doest thou?" [Ecclesiastes 8:4]

There are consequences for failing to follow Gods Law

"Thus saith the LORD; cursed be the man that trusteth in man." [Jeremiah 17:5,] Because for their sakes I made the world: and when Adam transgressed my statutes, then was decreed that now is done. 4Ezra.7: 11 Woe unto the world because of offences! For it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh! [Mathew 18:7] See: Modes and Execution of Punishment

There are rewards for keeping Gods Law

God rewards those who place His Laws above man-made laws (Exodus 1:17,20). And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: [Deuteronomy 28:1] This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. [Joshua 1:8 ]

There are Penalties for not following Gods Laws, Statutes & Commandments
Cursed be he that confirmeth not all the words of this law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen. [Deuteronomy 27:26] Read [Deuteronomy 28:1 Deuteronomy 28:68] for a complete picture of how we are enslaved by rejecting Gods Law Because we are cursed our Children & their children are born into Slavery. [They become the exclusive property of the State and are bound [joinder] as sureties to man-made legal fictions known as Artificial Persons] Thou shalt beget sons and daughters, but thou shalt not enjoy them; for they shall go into captivity. [Deuteronomy 28:41]
Gods Word Translated Version: You will have sons and daughters, but you won't be able to keep them because they will be taken as prisoners of war. [Deuteronomy 27:26] Bible in Basic English Translation: You will have sons and daughters, but they will not be yours; for they will go away prisoners into a strange land. [Deuteronomy 27:26]

Whoever rebels against the laws of the land [God] shall be put to death. [Josh. 1:18].

Government & Gods Laws

And he led Him up and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said to Him, "I will give You all this domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. Therefore if You worship before me, it shall all be Yours." Jesus answered him, "It is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD AND SERVE HIM ONLY.' [Luke 4:5-8] Satan Legitimately controls the World Governments; Christ could not have been tempted otherwise

The Government will attempt to bring the Bondservant into bondage

As Paul says, "why is my liberty judged of another man's conscience? For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?" [1 Corinthians 10:29-30] Why does government, "spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage" [Galatians 2:4] "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage" [2 Peter 2:19] "The words of ungodly men are crafty; but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them." [Proverbs 12:6]

Governments are opposed to God & the Bondservants of Christ

To serve the State is to forsake the leadership and morality of God [I Sam. 8] The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, [Psalms 2:2] We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the Satan. [1 John 5:19] Those that are spiritually dead belong to the prince of this world because he's dead himself. Satan has dominion over the natural man, for he is the prince of this world [John 12:31; 14:30; 16:11]; and, as a consequence of this, he has dominion over those of the world, i.e., human beings, the natural man those who receive not the things of the Spirit of God and reject Christ. Because the bondman in Christ is sanctified from the world, he is separated from the adversary's dominion over himsin [John 8:34]. This is the cause for Christ having sanctified Himself in the Truth of the Word of God to provide the entrance to the refuge in and through Himself for us. "While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage" [2 Peter 2:19] Is it any wonder why we are warned not to be conformed (obey the rules) to the world [government, tradition, law etc.] And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. [Romans 12:2]

Freedom is found in resisting the Devil & unlawful governments of the world
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [James 4:4-7] Also see: Satan is in Control of Human Governments

Bondservant/Ambassador of Christ
One cannot claim to be both a human being and a good and Lawful bondservant of Christ as far as Law is concerned.

This is because in Law, the law of humans and the Law of the bondservants of Christ is not the same thing. The law of humans comes from men while the Law of the bondservant of Christ comes from God. The sphere in which humans function is the world, while that of the follower of Christ is the earth, All bondmen of Christ are "...ambassadors for Christ" [2 Corinthians 5:20, Ephesians 6:20] so speak like the sovereign who sent us. As Ambassadors of Christ our authority comes from a Divine Commission. "Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness." [Rom. 6:18] But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him. [I John 2:5.] The law is Love [Romans 13:10]:

Who gave the Bondservant his authority?

As Ambassadors of Christ our authority comes from Divine Commission. Jesus gave us our delegation of authority. "Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you." [John 20:21] "For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God." [John 3:34]

A Good & Lawful Bondservant is blameless & irreproachable when following Gods Laws
Whoever does anything by the command of a judge is not reckoned to have done it with an evil intent, because it is necessary to obey. [Isaiah 33:22, "For the LORD is our judge"] There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. [Luke 1:5-6] And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day. And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us. [Deut 6:24-25] Those who keep the law do no iniquity and are blessed. Obviously such people are righteous. Blessed are the undefiled in the way, who walk in the law of the LORD. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies, and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity: they walk in his ways. [Psa 119:1-3]

What happens when a Bondservant answers to a fictitious name?

"Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him." [Proverbs 26:4] Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth. [Prov. 6:2] why, A fool's mouth is his destruction, and his lips are the snare of his soul. [Prov.18: 7] A Bondservant of Christ cant serve two masters and by answering to Caesars fictitious name you are giving it life. You are agreeing to stand as a surety for an artificial person and tacitly granting Caesar jurisdiction.

Bondservants are to ignore Laws that are contradictory to Gods

Keep this Truth in mind...God ordained rulers with only two duties...to reward good and punish evil [John 18:23, Romans 13:3-4, 1 Peter 2:14]. That's it! Anything they do beyond this is out of their ordained duties.

If ever the law of God and man are at variance, the former are to be obeyed in derogation of the later. [Acts 5:29] God forbid, we establish the Law. [Romans 3:31.] Definition of establish: create, institute, set up, initiate, start Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the LORD your God. [Leviticus 24:22]

Bondservants of Christ do not answer to fictitious names, which is the basis of mans Law
Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? [1Cor.6: 1]

Gods Law Protects His Bondservants

Law is the safest helmet; under the shield of the law no one is deceived. [Ephesians 6:13-17, 1 Thessalonians 5:8] "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him." [Proverbs 30:5] "Thou art my hiding place and my shield: I hope in thy word." [Psalms 119:114] The Lord will save us harmless for obeying Him: For the Lord is our Judge, not men! Whoever does anything by the command of a judge is not reckoned to have done it with an evil intent, because it is necessary to obey. [Isaiah 33:22, "For the LORD is our judge"] "The words of ungodly men are crafty; but the mouth of the upright shall deliver them." [Proverbs 12:6] For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we had been eyewitnesses of his majesty. [2 Peter 1:16] "The officers answered, Never man spake like this man." [John 7:46] those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled [John 17:12] He acts prudently who obeys the commands of the Law. [Ecclesiastes 12:13] Law is established for the benefit of man. [Mark 2:27]

The bondman in Christ is sanctified from the world

The Bondman of Christ is separated from the adversary's [Satans] dominion over himsin [John 8:34]. This is the cause for Christ having sanctified Himself in the Truth of the Word of God to provide the entrance to the refuge in and through Himself for us.

Where do Bondmen get their authority & freedom?

Through the will and testament of the living God and His word, the Holy Scriptures. Not through government approval, a regulation, licenses, permits & ordinances etc. As Scripture says, "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" [Philippians 4:13]. By invoking the word of God: I have slain them by the words of my mouth:" [Hosea 6:5]

When you apply for a license youre begging [legal definition of apply] the Government for permission to do something that would be otherwise illegal. This is diametrically opposed to Gods will and Law. When you get married, whose authority marries you, Gods or the Governments? [Matt.19 Verses 4 to 6] [4] And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, [5] And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? [Not one legal entity, known as a limited liability corporation] [6] Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. Likewise, does your Preacher have a license to preach? Then by whose authority does he preach and marry? Remember, a license is permission to do something that is illegal! Is it illegal to spread Gods word? Bondservants are commissioned to preach by Divine Authority And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead. [Acts 10:42] And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. [Mark 16:15] the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; [Isaiah 61:1] And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. [Matthew 10:7] The Government is clearly attempting to be God on earth!

Bondservants are to sojourn with Christ

For the Goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey [Proverbs 7:19] [Sojourn means to stay at a given place under a day -you are not resident in any given place. See Hebrews 11. Traveling, residing, residence, home etc are statutory terms that place you in Caesars jurisdiction. See: Claiming the right to travel puts you in Caesars jurisdiction

Bondservants are not part of the world

They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. [John 17:16] If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. [John 15:19] He who becomes a soldier of Christ has ceased to be a soldier of the world. [2 Timothy 2:3-4] Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. [1Cor. 2:12] For more scriptural support read Be Ye Separate From The World Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. [1 John 3:1]

You adulterous people, don't you know that friendship with the world is hatred toward God? Anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. [James 4:4-7] Do not love the world or anything in the world For everything in the world comes not from the Father but from the world [1 John 2:15-17] Bondmen of Christ are not citizens of any country on this earth, our citizenship is in heaven, and so our first loyalty is to God, not "our" country After an argument amongst Jesus disciples over who would sit at his side in his kingdom, Jesus told his disciples: You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over the people, and their high officials exercise authority over the people. It will not be so among you [Matthew 20:25-26] Clearly Bondservants of Christ are not to submit to ungodly authority. It must be noted that Jesus makes no distinctions and no reservations: all governmental rulers exercise authority over their people, an authority that followers of Jesus must reject. The reason for this is simple: this governmental authority is derived from Satan. Followers of Jesus should not take part in human governments, nor should they support human governments. Instead, all energies should be focused towards the promotion of the kingdom of God. This is where our true allegiance lies. Citizenship is in heaven [Philippians 3:20] Here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. [Hebrews 13:14] The political language used here, to be sure, is no coincidence. Christians have no city here on earth, no earthly government to which we belong. Instead, our citizenship is in heaven. As citizens of heaven, while on earth, we serve as Christs ambassadors. An ambassador is defined as a representative from one government to another. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. [2Cor. 5:20]

Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition Recognizes the Rights of Ambassadors

We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us [2 Corinthians 5:20] Legatos violare contra jus gentium est. It is contrary to the law of nations to violate the rights of ambassadors. Bouvier's Law Dictionary 1856 Edition The government the ambassador lives under is not his own and he does not take part in it; he represents his home government while living under the foreign government. Pauls use of the term ambassador to describe the role of Christians was an excellent choice. We live under a foreign government - the human governments which are controlled by Satan. Just as earthly ambassadors do not take part in the governments they reside under, Christians should not take part in earthly governments. Instead, recognizing that our citizenship lies in heaven, we should serve as representatives to those around us; we should serve as ambassadors for Christ.

Bondservants of Christ ARE Ambassadors of Christ

As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. [John 17:18] Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. [2Cor. 5:20]

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, [Philippians 3:20] Ours is a better, heavenly country [Hebrews 11:16] Here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. [Hebrews 13:14] Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; [Eph 2:19] Neither shall they say, Lo here! Or, lo there! For behold, the kingdom of God is within you. [Luke 17:21] Dont you know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God lives in you? [1 Corinthians 3:16]
We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the Satan. [1 John 5:19]

Bondservants of Christ do not engage in secular court proceedings of any type

Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? [1Cor.6: 1] Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? [1Cor.6: 2] The kings and rulers of the earth are against the Lord, and against his anointed (Psalm 2:2). Governments frame mischief and sin through their laws:

Ordinances of the world have no force or effect on Bondservants of Christ

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. [Col. 2:8] Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances, [Col 2:20] Heed not those opposed to Gods word "If any manconsent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godlinessfrom such withdraw thyself." [1 Timothy 6:3-5,] "For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." [2 Timothy 3:2-5,] "Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men. Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away." [Proverbs 4:14-15,]

Bondservants are Heirs to the Kingdom of God and will inherit the earth
Co-heirs are deemed as one body or person, by reason of the unity of right which they possess. [Romans 8:17, Ephesians 5:31-32] Several co-heirs are as one body, by reason of the unity of right, which they possess. [Romans 8:17, Ephesians 5:31-32]

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: [Mathew 25:34] Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? [James 2:5] "for the meek shall inherit the earth." [Mt 5:5 and Ps 37:11]

Commerce & Traffick

What does the Bible & God say about commerce? Is it any wonder the world is in the mess it is today? Commerce is the rope of the noose! And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. [2 Peter 2:3] for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. [Rev 18:23] We cannot, and, in deed must not, engage in any commercial activity. Why? Because of the following maxims of Law: "The cause and origin is the substance of the thing; the cause and origin of a thing are a material part of it." Black's Law Dictionary (4th ed., 1957 & 1968), p. 278; Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), "Maxim," p. 2127. "That which is the principal part of a thing is the thing itself." Bouvier's Law Dictionary (1914), "Maxim," p. 2166. Man's maxim of law says, "The payment of the price stands in the place of a sale." The payment of the price of a thing is held as a purchase. When the private man enters society there is a tacit price attached to it: But every man, when he enters into society, gives up a part of his natural liberty, as the price of so valuable a purchase; and, in consideration of receiving the advantages of mutual commerce, obliges himself to conform to those laws, which the community has thought proper to establishfor the essential rights of man are acquired by purchase, and the price must be paid to make the title good. This price is, obedience to the laws." [Oration in commemoration of American independence, July 4, 1795, by T. T. T.of South-Carolina]. Blackstone, William Sir, 1723-1780 Short Title: Blackstones Commentaries: With notes of reference, To the Constitution and laws, Of the Federal Government of the United States; by St George Tucker Engaging in commercial activity clearly binds us to the dead fictitious world and obliges [ forces, compels or coerces] us to conform to those laws no matter how perverted they are. Read it for yourself! We do this willingly! Blackstones Commentaries: With notes of reference, To the Constitution and laws, Of the Federal Government of the United States; by St George Tucker So, as soon as you put a price on anything (even tacitly) you have entered into a sale. Make no mistake lex mercatoria will regulate that. You are in Caesars Jurisdiction [Common/Statutory Law] and under contract, which makes the law and invokes third party interlopers like the IRS/CRA to regulate your commerce. In terms of employment for an artificial person. A wage [price] has been assigned to your work. "The payment of the price stands in the place of a sale." The payment of the price of a thing is held as a purchase. As you can see both the employer and the employee are taxable! There is a subtle difference between 'engaging in commercial activity' and 'laboring as a workman [bondman]". The most important thing to understand is that the term 'commercial activity' is a created term governed by the Law Merchant (lex mercatoria). Using the customs and usage's from that law is what determines whether you are in 'their' activity or not. Such as commercial instruments, a business license, profit and loss records, balance sheets, advertising, receipts, business

cards, insurance policies, social security numbers, drivers license, commercial speech, extended credit, limited liability, free mail service, ownership, etc. The use of such modes and instruments makes you subject to the Uniform Commercial Code (a private copyrighted 'law' by the American Law Institute). As a bondsman laboring his labor is his own. [Matthew 10:10] for the workman is worthy of his meat. Not a portion of it after taxes! The laborer labors for the glory of God and God.

Bondservants are to freely give and receive and not to engage in usury or profiteering.
Freely ye have received, freely give. [Matthew 10:8] In doing so there is no expectation of profit (usury) and what is free cannot be taxed. Nor can a value be attached to it because its was freely given. The same applies to wages. Let God determine your worth. You can never be accused of setting a value to your labor. Who does the workman belong to? We are the Lord's workmen. Therefore, it is the Lord that determines what our value is, not ourselves and as such we cannot be accused of profiting or usury. Under God's Law, we are to get paid at the end of each day, before the sun sets [Leviticus 19:13, Deuteronomy 24:14-15, Proverbs 3:27-28, Matthew 6:11; 20:2,8-9, Luke 11:3]. Remember; lex mercatoria will regulate activity outside the Law of God and the following Maxims of law will apply because there is no sanctification or separation from and between yourself [bondservant] and the commercial world [fictional person] 1. Consent makes the law. A contract is a law between the parties, which can acquire force only by consent. Therefore; 2. Consent makes the law: the terms of a contract, lawful in its purpose, constitute the law as between the parties. 3. To him consenting no injury is done All buying and selling as they are generally defined is considered to be under lex mercatoria. If you use commercial instruments then the source of the law that regulates them is not God's Lawit is lex mercatoria. Since you willingly engage in Commerce it is only reasonable that you be bound to and by the Rules of Commerce. Because you reject Gods Law you are clearly acting on your own initiative, for your own benefit, outside Gods venue and subject to taxation under the law of men Lex Mercatoria. Dont panic though youll get all those wonderful benefits youve got coming to you! In essence, if you engage in commerce you will have ignorantly imported the fiction over the Truth in Christ Jesus, thereby marring the Seal of, and grieving, the Holy Spirit of God our Father. To avoid Caesar you must declare the Law written on your heart having the Seal of the Spirit of God which evidences and witnesses your adoption by God our Father in and through Christ Jesus and walk in the Spirit obeying Gods commandments. Can a bondservant buy or sell? See Godly Calling vs. Commercial Activity

Commerce and the Beast of the book of Revelation

In the book of Revelation we find that the Antichrist and the governments of the world have given life unto the image of the beast, and that the image of the beast could speak. And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that, as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. [Revelation 13:15]

Does the government in our image not create the artificial person, a legal fiction? And; Do we not give life to the fictional person and power to the Beast when we speak and answer for it? And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [Revelation 13:16] The words causeth and receive imply that the taking the mark is voluntary act through tacit agreement.
