Introduction
Definition of records management is a field of management that is
responsible for systematic control of the creation, maintenance, use, receipt,
and disposal of the records. The management scopes have related the
process of capturing and maintaining the evidence of transactions and
business activities in a records ways.
The successful records management is vital to the organization that
depends on how effective the records management practice that ensures the
availability of the records during the business hours and operations.
The proper the records management help the organizations to
efficiently manage the record, protect the record from litigation, fulfill the
mandate and accountability or good governance of the records.
Three different journals that are related to the records management
have been researched by the scholar need to be compared. Which is a

Syariah courts in Malaysia on which specify to classification matter.
The last journal is “Records management as invisible work: A study of
Finnish municipalities” by Tuija Kautto & Pekka Henttonen. The journal
addresses their research about examining the visibility of records

Successful records management is important to organizations due to
the competence of the management practices when handling the records
