    Total Marks: 20
    Please check LESSON: 07 – TOPICS: 39, 40, 41, 42
    Important Instructions: The assignment will be taken in the form of a quiz based on the
    material given here. You will be given around one week to prepare for the assignment quiz. To
    attempt the assignment quiz, you will be given 3 days within which you have to attempt the
    whole quiz.
    You are advised to watch videos links (given below) in addition to the video lectures of the
    course that are provided for learning transcription. The quiz will be based on transcription so you
    are supposed to have a strong grip on transcribing the words according to the IPA chart.
    Please feel free to contact your instructor in case you are unable to understand anything.
    IPA Chart:
    The IPA chart is organized based on the articulatory features of sounds, including place and
    manner of articulation. It consists of pulmonic consonants, non-pulmonic consonants, and
    vowels.
