IT Associate
• To provide excellent front line support to desktop users to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified
SLAs. He/She will work under the direction of Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered on
the production floor and by back office users. He/She will also assist Systems Administrators in ensuring optimum
availability of systems and servers.
• BS degree in an IT related course.
• Proficiency in Computer Operating Systems and Office productivity software (MS Windows 2000/XP, MS Office).
• Knowledge in PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to speak and understand English fluently (verbal and written)
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately
• Ability to build rapport with and relate to a wide range of people
• Ability to multi-tasks and to maintain focus
• Flexibility to work on various shifts
• Flexibility to work on different sites

• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the company’s computers and local area network
• Assist users in personal computer operations
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, MIS or equivalent.
• Knowledge and at least 1 to 2 year experience in hardware and software maintenance of PCs
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with knowledge in any programming languages (Visual Basic, JAVA, C++, HTML, etc.)
• Experience in LAN/WAN networking is a must
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin
or equivalent.
