Sir,
Under the instructions from and on behalf of my
client Sh. Rohit kumar, At: 1/178 Block D-1 new Kodli
Vasundhra Enclave East Delhi 110096, do hereby sent
present legal notice facts as under.

1. That my client is a peace loving and law abiding

citizen of India and has been residing at the above
mentioned address and having deep roots and good
reputation in the society.

2. That you the addressee is engaged in the business

of giving loan after mortgaging the gold of the
clients and you the addressee running your office
from the above mentioned address i.e. 1/178 Block
D-1 new Kodli Vasundhra Enclave East Delhi 110096
3. That my client was in dire need of money and
accordingly he approached to you the addressee and
applied for a loan and on dated 09.09.2023, the
employees of you the addressee namely Anjana
Sharma, Sonali, Mohit and two other employees
tested the ancestral ornaments of my client which
was given by my client to you the addressee.

4. That the ornaments which were given by my client to

the employees of you the addressee for its lab
testing, the employees of you the addressee had
tested the same with the help of Nitric Acid, Super
Pin as well as other object/tool i.e. Touchstone
(Reti) and further the said ornaments were tested
by rubbing on the stone and the same were found
pure and of 22 Carat and accordingly, a loan of
Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Seven
Thousand Only) was provided to my client, vide Loan
Account No.GL30556876, on dated 09.09.2023 and the
said loan was upto 09.03.2024 and further you the
addressee at that time has issued the Gold Deposit
Receipt to my client showing 22 Carat of Gold.

5. That on 05.10.2023, you the addressee has contacted

to my client telephonically and start using foul
and filthy language to my client and when my client
objected the same then you the addressee even start
abusing my client while saying that the jewellery
which were deposited by my client to you the
addressee against the loan amount is of 18 Carat
Gold and not of 22 Carat Gold and further you the
 addressee threatened my client that if my client
would fail to return the above said loan amount to
you the addressee along with interest then you the
addressee would falsely implicate my client and his
other family members in some false criminal case.

6. That hearing this, my client become shocked and

surprised and told to you the addressee that the
above said loan amount was given to my client after
checking/testing the above said ornament by all
means then why you the addressee is not harassing
and humiliating my client and pressurizing my
client to return the above said loan amount on the
pretext that the above said gold ornament is of 18
Carat Gold.

7. That due to the above said act and conduct of you

the addressee, my client is suffering from a great
mental as well as financial agony because now you
the addressee has tempered with the ornaments
deposited by my client and now falsely claiming
that my client has deposited the gold of 18 Carat
however, at that time the receipt of 22 Carat was
issued by you the addressee and from this act, it
became crystal clear that you the addressee has
committed the offence punishable U/s 120B/420/500
IPC and further my client is going to initiate
appropriate proceedings against you the addressee.
 I, therefore call upon you the addressee
through this legal demand notice to return the gold
ornaments of having 22 Carat Purity which was
deposited by my client to you the addressee as my
client is ready to return the above said loan
amount of Rs.1,10,000/- to you the addressee,
failing which, I have clear instructions from my
client to take appropriate legal, civil as well as
criminal action against you addressee in the
competent court of law and in that event you
addressee shall bear all costs, risks and
consequences thereof.

You are further call upon to pay an amount of

Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand Only) as the
cost of this legal notice.
