REGARDING ATTEMPT TO MURDER, THREATENING TO

KILL, BEATING & HARASSING THE COMPLAINANT NAMELY
DAVINDER KUMAR.

SIR,
1. That the complainant is a law-abiding citizen and always
maintains peace and tranquility in his life and he has not
been involved in any illegal activities right from the outset.

2. That on 21 August at around 9 pm the opposite party no.1

namely Pooja Bainsla who is wife of the Complainant
called the Opposite party no.2 at their residence i.e. brother
of Opp. party no.1 & when the Opp. party no.2 along with
his friends who were carrying guns, rods and knife reached
at the residence of Complainant, the opposite party no.1 in
accordance of her well planned manner started quarrelling
with the Complainant over a petty issue where she was
forcing the Complainant from many years to sell his
ancestral land through the Opposite party no. 2 namely
Akshay who is brother of the Opposite party no. 1 and is
 involved in illegal property businesses. It is pertinent to
mention here that when the Complainant clearly denied to
sell his ancestral property, the opposite party no.1 started
hitting the Complainant with a roller (BELAN) on his head
sustaining him several injuries. On seeing the opposite party
no.1 the opposite party no.2 along with his friends also
started beating the Complainant with rods & sticks on his
head and other body parts, after being hit by the opposite
parties the complainant got unconscious due to head injury.
3. That all the above-mentioned incident was being recorded
by the children in the mobile phone of the opposite party
No.1 and taking advantage of the complainant’s
unconscious state the opposite parties called the police and
stated them the frivolous story which resulted in false
blames upon me. The police officials took both the parties
to the police station where the complainant told the police
officials about his head injury, complainant further
requested the police officials to take him to the hospital as
he was not feeling well and was in state of dizziness. It is
pertinent to mention here that the police officials did not
bother to take the complainant to the hospital because the
opposite party No.2 was a well-connected person having his
good contacts with the police officials. It is further pertinent
to mention here that the complainant also called at 112
police helpline number twice of which call registered id no.
is 7599566 & 7600291, despite calling twice at the helpline
number, the complainant did not get any help from the
police officials. It is also pertinent to mention that in fact
 the complainant was detained by the police officials in P.S.
Kotla Mubarak Pur.
4. That when the complainant’s condition started getting
worse at around 2:00 A.M. it was only then when the police
officials of P.S. Kotla Mubarak Pur took the complainant to
the AIMS hospital. It is pertinent to mention here that when
the complainant was in hospital under doctor’s observation
the opposite parties again went to the house of the
complainant and broke the almirah and lockers in search of
property documents, when the mother of the complainant
resisted to the act of opposite parties she was threatened of
dire consequences and was locked in her room. And when
the complainant reached back to his home next day in the
morning, he was shocked to see that his house was in
unsettled state as if someone had tried to search the house.
Upon asking from his mother the complainant got to know
that the opposite parties visited the house in the night and
did the above said illegal act.

5. That the life of the complainant and his family has become
hell due to illegal act of the opposite parties and they have
also failed to concentrate on their work.

6. That due to act of opposite parties, the complainant and his

family members are leading their life under great fear.

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that keeping the view

of facts stated above, your good self may kindly be pleased to
take prompt action and register a FIR against the Opposite
parties, so that the complainant and his family can get justice
and could live peacefully as their life has been strewn with
tension caused by the opposite parties.
