Dear Girome Fernandez,

We are pleased to offer you the position of Reruitment Specialist of COLLARFINDER MANAGEMENT
CONSULTANCY INC., effective 1st of April 2019.

As a representative of CollarFinder, you are expected to perform your duties and responsibilities with the
highest standard of professionalism.

MONTHLY COMPENSATION

You will receive a basic monthly salary of twenty four thousand pesos (Php 24,000.00) and three thousand
pesos (Php 3,000.00) medical, clothing, and rice allowances. You will also receive the following benefits
and terms:

1. Mandatory benefits: SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig and 13th month pay based on your basic monthly salary,
computed on a pro-rata basis depending on the number of months of service during the year.
2. You will be on probationary status for six months starting from April 1st until September 30th 2019.
3. Basic salary increase depending on your performance the company’s financial status and it will be given
upon regularization.
4. Commissions. You will receive a 10% commission for all the candidates that you succesfully recruited and
interviewed.
5. Annual Performance Bonus (profit share) depending on the companies performance.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW

1. Your superior will conduct a performance review with you to determine if performance expectations, as
enumerated on Annex A, are being met.
2. You shall be given a monthly assessment feedback during your probationary period.
3. You shall receive an initial performance review by the end of your 3rd month to determine if your
probationary period will proceed
4. You shall receive an final performance review by the end of your 5th month to determine if you pass all
the requirements and proceed to employment regularization

This enables CollarFinder to fully appraise your compatibility with the role for which you have been employed,
and provide you with time to ensure the suitability of your work environment.

HOURS OF WORK

Your regular work schedule will be from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm. At times it may be necessary
for you to work outside your regular working hours in order to fulfill your duties. You will complete a Daily
Time Record to support your hours of work and submit a daily report on completed tasks.
PROHIBITION OF FREELANCE WORK

You agree not to seek employment and not to undertake any work directly or indirectly, for any persons, firm,
or corporation as long as you are connected to CollarFinder. You are not to accept any position neither
outside the regular office hours of the CollarFinder or any other form of employment engaging your services,
unless with the prior consent of CollarFinder.

NOTICE PERIOD

You agree to give prior written notice of not less than sixty (60) days if you wish to end your employment with
Colalrfinder.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any and all work performed by you in the course of your employment that results in the creation of any
intellectual property ("the Work") shall be for CollarFinder, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, sole and exclusive
benefit. All copyrights in and other proprietary rights to the Work shall vest in CollarFinder as the author of the
work immediately upon creation of such Work and without further assurance. You will execute all such
instruments as CollarFinder may from time to time require, for the purpose of confirming CollarFinder’s title to
said copyrights or other proprietary rights.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

During the term of your employment and for three (3) years after its termination, you will be required to treat all
matters relating to CollarFinder’s business including but not limited to matters of pricing policy, business
conditions, designs, and other business and technical aspects of any kind in a strictly confidential basis. Such
information may not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written approval from CollarFinder.

VARIATION OF TERMS

CollarFinder reviews its benefits plans and policies on a regular basis as they are affected by changes in
application laws, economic, political, social and business conditions.

CollarFinder therefore reserves the right to change or cease any of its benefits provisions and policies at any
time without prior notice, when it deems necessary. However, such changes will be subsequently
communicated to employees.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
