    Estimated Gas consumption = 350,000 btu/hr

    Total unit = 1

    Total gas consumption = Total unit X Effective gas consumption per hour
    = 350000 btu/hr

    Total effective gas demand = Total gas consumption X (( 0.95/ ( Total unit)^0.3))
    = 332500 btu/hr

    50 kg cylinder vaporization rate = 100,000 btu/hr

    Total gas cylinder require = Total effective gas demand


    50 kg cylinder vaporization rate

    = 3.325
    ≈ 4

    Conclusion
    * Note : Provide 12 nos of cylinders (4 operates and 8 for stanby)
    Based on Automatic Changeover Regulators (ACR) catalog, maximum capacity ACR is 1210 000 BTU/Hr

    Hence, the ACR proposed is suitable as the energy consumption needed is 35 000btu/hr which is less than
    the maximum capacity of the ACR as proposed
