MUNICIPALITY OF ORION % fay) Office of the Municipal Mayor Executive Order No. 20 Series of 2022 IZING MUNICIPAL COMMITTEES ON ANTI-TRAFFICKING AND CWIOLENCE [AGAINST WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN (MCAT-VAWC) WHEREAS, there is a needs to re-organize and strengthen the local structure that will collaboratively address the problem of violence, exploitation and human trafficking; WHEREAS, it is imperative and timely to establish functional parallel structure and system at the local level which will monitor and oversee the implementation of the provisions of RA 7610, RA9262 and other women/Violence Against Women- related laws and policies and to allocate funds to support the programs, projects and activities (PPA’s). WHEREAS, to empower and mobilize resources of the local community in the prevention, protection, recovery, and reintegration of victims/survivors; NOW, THEREFORE, I, ANTONIO L. RAYMUNDO, JR., Local Chief Executive of the Municipality of Orion, Province of Bataan, by virtue of powers vested in me by law, do hereby issue this executive order. Section 1.
