Respected Ma'am/Sir,

I, Harpal Singh S/o Late Shri Ram Kirpal Singh R/o Village: - Gangahari,
Moodi Bakapur, Mudi Bakapur, Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh – 245407 was
an ex-employee in DTC (Delhi Transport Corporation) as a bus driver
enrolled on 14.06.1978 bearing Batch No. 6444, Token No. 14851, A/C No.
DL/E/171/D-2781 opted for the voluntary scheme with effect from
30.04.1995, I was posted at Shahdara 1 Bus Depo.

I am filing the present RTI seeking certain information as mentioned below.

Please provide copies of the same at the earliest.

1. Are government employees working in Delhi Transport Corporation

enrolled as Bus Driver entitled to pension or retirement funds from
government after retirement?
2. If yes, what is the criteria to apply for the same and before the government
body one should apply?
3. Is General Provident Fund (GPF) Account maintained for the employees of
Delhi Transport Corporation such as Bus Drivers who opted for a voluntary
retirement scheme?
4. If yes, what are the criteria to apply for the same?
5. During my tenure as an employee of DTC as a bus driver, a certain amount
was deducted as (General Provident Fund “GPF”) from my salary.
However, I was not aware of the percentage of the amount deducted and, the
amount is given back to me which was deducted as GPF after my
retirement.
So, I kindly request the concerned department/authority to share the details
of the amount deducted and the amount given to me after my retirement and
if certain percentage of the GPF was withheld by the Delhi Transport
Corporation. same and whether the same was refunded into my bank savings
account.

I am Affixing 1 postal orders of Rs.20/- each towards RTI application fee. If

the fee is insufficient, please inform me, and I will pay the balance fees.
