CARLES, ILOILO REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE “ANG ASOSASYON SANG
MANGUNGUMA NGA BISAYA - OWA MANGUNGUMA INC.” (AAMBIS-OWA) PARTY LIST THRU

HON. CHRISTINE “TING-TING” S. GARIN, VICE GOVERNOR, PROVINCE OF ILOILO FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE SCHOOL COVERED GYMNASIUM OF DON CASIMERO ANDRADA
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.”

WHEREAS, the School Parents -Teachers Association and DCANHS Teachers - Employees
Association of Don Casimero Andrada National High School had a joint meeting on February 3,
2023.

WHEREAS, the school has no covered gymnasium to serve as venue during the educational
convergence of parents, teachers, learners and other important school programs and activities.

WHEREAS, the Parents -Teachers Association and the Teachers - Employees Association
officers agreed during the joint-meeting to request financial assistance from the Ang Asosasyon
Sang Mangunguma Nga Bisaya- Owa Mangunguma Inc. (AAMBIS-OWA) Party list thru Hon.
Christine “Ting-Ting” S. Garin. Vice Governor, Province of Iloilo for the construction of the school
covered gymnasium of Don Casimero Andrada National High School

Now THEREFORE, on motion presented by SPTA Treasurer, MA. ELENA P. ILANGA and
seconded by DCANHS TEA Vice President, RIZA M. BELLO to request financial assistance for the
construction of the school covered gymnasium be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request financial assistance from the Ang

Asosasyon Sang Mangunguma Nga Bisaya- Owa Mangunguma Inc. (AAMBIS- OWA) Party list thru
Hon. Christine “Ting-Ting” S. Garin, Vice Governor, Province of Iloilo for the construction of school
covered gymnasium of Don Casimero Andrada National High School.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned for the
information and guidance.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 3rd day of February 2023.
