MINUTES OF THE MEETING ON FOCUS GROUP DISCUSSION (FGD) ON THE CONDUCT OF

THE 8- WEEK LEARNING RECOVERY PROGRAM

The first FGD discussion was held last September 6,2022 at 400 PM at the office of
the Principal wherein all primary teachers were present.
The Focus Group Discussion focused mainly on the issues and concerns of the
teachers on the 8-week LRP. School Head provided technical assistance on how to resolve
those issues and concerns. Sharing of best practices by each teacher was also done. It was
agreed that all pupils should have been assessed before the end of the week.
On the day of implementation, the teacher will choose the lessons based on the
learning ability of the pupils as they grouped based on the assessment. The teacher
prepared their classroom set-up as required of the LRP especially the learning centers.
Since,the school has no MOOE fund receive, the teachers become resourceful on
the supplies to be used in printing their lesson maps and other materials needed in the LRP.
All teachers should disseminate the information necessary on the implementation
of the 8-week Learning Recovery Plan during meetings.
