In some countries the population believes that you should be punished if you

do not regenerate. I agree strongly with this idea and think people should be
disciplined if they do not recycle.
In my opinion, regenerating is a serious problem but most people throw it to
the winds. Nowadays, nearly 500 tonnes of household rubbish are released each
day. Besides, people have excessive depletion of natural resources and This leads
to environmental pollution. Firstly, the government has been difficult to fine
people if they do not recycle. This made everybody feel inconvenienced and spend
time. Then, people have to learn how to regenerate and how to do rubbish
classification exactly. For example, It is not always easy to take a moment for
rubbish classification to comply with the provisions of law, especially busy
people.
On the other hand, the government fined if people do not regenerate can
uncover solutions to the environment's pressing problems. Moreover , the
government needs to give a conversation session to propagandize recycling and its
importance. Meanwhile, people are religious in environmental control and they do
not litter indiscriminately. Furthermore, recycled materials are mostly of limited
use, however the use of virgin materials will be minimized. For instance, a makeup
brand in Viet Nam - Cocoon had a policy of environmental control like recalling
old batteries and giving lip balm.
To conclude, the government should be fined if everyone does not recycle to
reduce the amount of garbage they produce and to save natural resources.
Moreover, ruling circles needs to give a conversation session to propagandize
recycling and popularize knowledge of environment.
