Enable Multi Factor Authenticator

1. Access portal.office.com from browser


2. Enter the email address firstname.lastname@arobs.com and the password
3. After typing the credentials, the following warning will appear, to which you can click Next

4. The next step consists in selecting the type of MFA - please select Mobile App (it will allow a much
easier authentication, through a simple notification on the phone when MFA is needed)
5. Please check "receive notifications for verification" and press the Set Up button to configure the account
in the Microsoft Authenticator application on the phone.

6. This step requires the installation of the Microsoft Authenticator application on the phone. This
application is available in PlayStore/AppStore. To add the account in the application, follow the steps:
- The Microsoft Authenticator application opens
- Press the "+" button at the top of the application window
- Add "Work or school account"
- Scan the QR code that appeared in the browser from which you followed the steps above
7. The last step consists in verifying the phone number you will provide (as a backup in case the Microsoft
Authenticator application cannot be used)
