Today , without a slightest hesitation, I can say that modern technology has become

an integral part of our daily lives.

In the morning ,as a rule, we wake up with a phone in hand, use laptops, computers
at school, clean the house using modern accessories.
On the one hand, technology has positively affected human life . At the medical level,
technology can help treat more sick people and consequently save many lives and
combat very harmful viruses and bacteria. The invention of the computer was a very
important point. Communication is thus enhanced, and companies can communicate
more easily with foreign countries. Research is also simplified.
Technology has also increased the productivity of almost every industry in the world.
Thanks to technology, we can even pay with PayPass instead of using paper money.
When observed more closely, new things are discovered every day. Technology
improves daily lives; allowing you to save time and energy in solving life's
problems.

On the other hand, the evolution of modern technology has disadvantages, for
example, dependence on new technology. Man no longer needs to think. Even if the
calculator is a good invention, man no longer makes mental calculation and no longer
works his memory. In some areas, devices can replace the human mind.
While technology has helped to bridge a global gap by connecting people via the
digital world, those who are physically close together are often far apart due to their
inability to separate themselves from their mobile devices. Also , due to the reduced
mobility of people, a large number of diseases related to the heart and
musculoskeletal system appear. People are getting weaker and sicker.

Probably, if I could choose between a modern, easy, fast way of life or a slow, much
more difficult, but healthier and more interesting one, I would definitely choose the
second one. I want people to forget about chats, web calls, online meetings and other
modern opportunities, and return to hard work but done in a group, live meetings in
the park or at work, face to face commumication with a cup of coffee or tea in a café.

So, I think formal meetings need to be held in connection with the fact that people
are slowly turning into zombies, and it is necessary to establish global restrictions or
laws on the conditions of use of new technology.
