CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

l Boniface Wachenje Nyangala of ID card 8523616 do hereby enter this agreement with
Kelius Mwadime of ID card 10397901 to do construction work at his place at the Kigali
Heights Msengenyi. My construction company “Mbanga General Construction will be
involved in the actual construction.

We further hereby agree that the labour for the work will be Ksh 1.8 Million (One Million
eight hundred thousand) shillings only and this will cover all works from the shell to the
final finishes and handed over ready for occupancy by the tenants.

Kelius Mwadime will provide all the necessary construction material. Mbanga General
construction will undertake all necessary plumbing works,tiling,electrical,wardrobes etc.
This agreement is sealed and signatures appended as herein under
