TASK DISTRIBUTION: DOCUMENTARY PROJECT

PURPOSE

This document lists each task to be completed during the documentary project. At the moment, this
document lists tasks to be completed for our pre-production folder and slides to complete in
preparation for the pitch. I will edit this document to include tasks to be completed during the
production and post-production stages in the future.

Each task will have a name assigned to it, to ensure no one is riding through this project without
contributing to the workload. It is your responsibility to complete the tasks under your name before
the deadline. Failure to do so will result in your professional reputation being damaged, and a
potential loss of marks when it comes to personal assessment.

Please contact me or a fellow group member if you are unable to undertake a task for a specific
reason.

PITCH SLIDES
I have split the number of slides to be completed equally across all members of our group (around
six) to ensure we are all taking on the same amount of work in contribution to our project. As a
group, we will hopefully have time to rehearse how we will present this to the panel. You will be
responsible for presenting your slides. Should you have any problems, ask Google first, then ask me.
