ASUS i-Channel is an in-device channel management assistant


for you to manage :

1. your personal sales information of selling valid quantity, valid


points, and target hit rate by barcode scanning.
2. your personal clock in/out, task assignment, leave application,
and questionnaire feedback

in the most efficient way.

How to earn points?

Account/Password Management

Tap “Show/hide
password” button (the
eye) to check

Tap “iChannel” shortcut on home check box , then no
screen to use iChannel. need to input your
account
name/password again

Input Login ID and Password which you got from email

scan it.

select one numbers:
IMEI to scan. 1) IMEI (suggest way)
2) SN and Check No. (Check No. is
requested in option 2)
You can manually input
“IMEI” or “SN and CHECK
NO” here.
 Only internet connected, scanned/Manual input IMEI or SN/Check No. will be sent to ASUS server .
 If scanning or manual input during the internet disconnection , the IMEI or SN/Check No. will be kept in the phone
temporally, once internet connected again, the IMEI or SN/Check No. will be sent to ASUS server automatically.

Double scanned alertness

If promoter scans duplicated IMEI or SN, APP will


provide the alertness immediately. And this data
won’t be recorded in iChannel.

If you would like to ignore
Customer Profile with IMEI or SN customer profile, you just need
to directly Tap “” button to
save IMEI/SN.

Customer Profile

Tap “Scan barcode” item on


main page to start process. At “Input IMEI or SN” page, there is a “Customer Profile”
section to input the customer’s basic information.

There are 4 simple questions to quickly input:


1. Gender: The buyer’s gender
2. Age: The buyer’s age
3. Buying motives: Buying for their own or as a
gift
4. Impact of purchase decision (multiple choices)

The selected item will be


transferred to green color.

Reminder for incomplete customer profile information

Click “Submit”

You can click “CANCEL” to continue input Customer Profile


if any revision.
You can click “SUBMIT” to send out the device IMEI/SN and
customer profile if you have provided.

Information Definition

Please pay attention that the point is invalid.


It’s the date/time of the promoter’s IMEI/SN scanning or manual key in.

Activation date/time will be shown in APP by next day.


That means the accurate note may be verified by next day as well.

Mobile products: Model Name (CPU/RAM/EMMC)

It’s the incentive points for the model defined by ASUS.

If Activation date/time < Scanned date/time,
then the point is invalid (scanned date is later than activation)
e.g. Scanned date on 2017/03/15 14:28:18
Activation Date on 2016/08/02 20:56:47

It’s a white card without attention mark.


If 1. Activation date/time >= Scanned date/time and within 7 days (168 hours), or
2. Activation date/time < Scanned date/time and within 1 day (24 hours)
then the point is valid.
e.g. 1. Scanned date on 2016/05/16 17:30

or
2. Scanned date on 2016/05/16 17:30

If there is no activation within 7 days (168 hours) after scanned date,
then the point is invalid (over 7 days: no activation happened within 7 days)
i.e. Scanned date on 2016/05/16 17:20

No activation before 2016/06/23 17:20

It’s a gray card without attention mark.


If the model has not been activated yet, and it’s within 7 days (168 hours) after r
scanned date, then the point is Not activated: still await activation record sent back to
server within 7 days

APP.

If “IMEI” or “SN and CHECK NO” cannot be found in ASUS,
then note will show Data Incorrect.

No Network Connection

1. If no network available, then the APP will show the error bar with wording
“No Network Connection”

2. While no network connection, all scanned IMEI/SN will be kept in the phone
temporally. Once internet connected, the scanned IMEI/SN in the phone will
be sent to ASUS system automatically.

3. If the network connection is well, but it still shows the message “Await data
back to server”, please follow the steps below :
A. Refresh “Sales Record” more than 2 times.
B. If it still shows the same message, please disconnect network and
reconnect it, or try to connect other stable network, then refresh the
“Sales Record” again.
C. If above situation didn’t be solved, please contact with ASUS account
sales or iChannel manager.

For NB/DT/Wearable products, detail spec will be shown.

Check Hit Rate
Target means the Target you need to reach. By product Line

Registered means the Models you sold and scanned/input IMEI or


SN into APP.
Valid means the valid q’ty /point of your sales result.
Hit rate% means the Target hit rate status. The formula of Hit Rate
% is “Valid/Target”.

*The data for this month is calculated from D(1) to D(n-1).


*The Hit Rate % is shown by different view of Q’ty and Point.

Orange bar is the Valid result !
