using our Zainu Global services.

Service Termination: We retain the right, with or without warning, to discontinue or suspend our truck
dispatch services at any time and for any cause.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES:
Arbitration will be used to resolve any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions.

THE RULE OF LAW:

The laws of the jurisdiction in which our firm operates will control and be construed in accordance with
these terms and conditions.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We have the right, at any moment, to change these terms and conditions. Acceptance of the updated
terms and conditions is implied by your continuous usage of our truck dispatch services.

By using our truck dispatch services, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be
