LEARNING FEEDBACK DIARY

Our new clinical instructor and head nurses are joining us for the first time on our RLE
today. We had to introduce ourselves as usual since our head nurses didn’t knew us. Even though
I am getting a little nervous as we introduced ourselves, I am relieved that we finished our online
class without me getting super nervous throughout the class since they are actually nice and kind.
Furthermore, I anticipate that I will gain knowledge today.

Our head nurses discussed the definition of community, health, role of nurses which is
very important to us student nurses since we are going to have an interaction between patients so
we must first understand our roles in order to be prepared for doing community health teaching.
They also explained how to answer the family assessment form in which will serve as our guide
to conduct the interviews.

Today, I learned a lot, which is great because we were asked to interview a family for the
family assessment. It is just a little bit disappointing since we could have conducted these
interviews together than doing it individually. Lastly, the power point presentation was easy to
understand.
