General Rules

❏ The benefits of this app can be availed from Visit App only.

❏ Coverage under this subscription is available only at the partner network of Visit Healthcare.

❏ Each outpatient consultation or diagnostic test is covered up to INR 1000/- (Each Test). Any
amount over and above beyond INR 1000 shall be borne by the employees themselves.

❏ This plan is available purely on a cashless basis. There is no reimbursement provided under
this plan.

❏ Only those persons named as subscribed Persons in the subscription shall be covered under
this plan.

❏ If the employee fails to upload the prescription within 48 hours of the appointment time, a
No-Show fee will be levied upon the employee wherein he/she will have to pay the entire fee
of the appointment as a penalty.

Exclusions

❏ Only allopathic treatments are covered. Inpatient treatments, daycare procedures,

homeopathic, ayurvedic and naturopathy treatments are not covered under the plan.

❏ No medical equipment and associated consumables will be covered under the subscription
(Example – BP Machine, Thermometer, Syringes, Nebulizer, Hot Water Bags, etc.).

❏ Consultation with Nutritionists - Available only online through Visit App.

❏ Non-Medical Expenses - Registration Fee, Admission Fee, Telephone Charges, Cafeteria

Charges, etc.

❏ Physiotherapy, Naturopathy and Ayurveda and Homeopathy are not covered.

❏ Expenses related to Group Medical Insurance Policy
