Position Purpose

The Trainee's responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include,
performing duties in different departments within the managed segments- Insignia/
Signature and Aspire, gaining knowledge of operations, attending meetings and workshops.

To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have superb attention to detail and
be able to promptly identify problems.

Position Responsibilities

⦁ Understand program features across all 3 segments, do competition benchmarking,

understand best practices and continuously upgrade the product suite for the client.
⦁ Work with the credit and debit card teams to constantly improve features in our cards
preposition across segments.
⦁ Work closely with the channels in disseminating the central initiatives and drives around
various business functions.
⦁ Use analytics and business intelligence to improve portfolio quality for all segments.
⦁ Work closely with various functions within the bank to improve efficiency of the channels
and improve client satisfaction.
⦁ Create target settings for all markets across business lines in line with the overall
profitability of the segments.
⦁ Track business achievement across liabilities and fee lines for all segments.
⦁ Candidate needs to be completely flexible with the role assigned to him / her.
