SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, KAREN TERESA C. BALDOS, of legal age, married, Filipino, with

business address at ROMBLON GAS SUPPLY, Barangay III – Poblacion, Romblon,
Romblon HAVE NAMED, CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED and by these presents DO
HEREBY NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT ____________________, of legal age,
Filipino, with residence and postal address at ___________________________ to be
my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact for me and my name, place, stead, for my own use
and benefits to do perform the following to wit:

1. To institute and maintain the appropriate criminal and/or cases, including but
not limited to criminal cases for Qualified Theft, against MAY ANGELOU
BADANOY DIOLA, LEIGH BENCH JHON FALLARCUNA MAINES AND
ELMOR MAINIT MADRID;

2. To give statements before PNP Romblon and such other offices in connection
with the criminal/civil cases which may be filed;

3. To appear before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Romblon for

preliminary investigation;

4. To sign the necessary complaint-affidavits and other pleadings and motions

necessary to the instant case/s;

5. To perform all acts necessary, incidental or related to the criminal case, such
as but not limited to, attending the conference or any stage of the
proceedings on such date or dates as may be agreed upon by the parties or
directed by the Court;

6. To engage the services of a counsel in the criminal case before the courts of
Romblon, including the Municipal Trial Courts in Romblon, Romblon and the
Regional Trial Court, Romblon, Romblon and in the subsequent proceedings
connected to the said case/s;

7. To perform all acts necessary, incidental or related to the civil/criminal case/s

to be filed, including such other proceedings related therein, such as but not
limited to, attending Mediation and Judicial Dispute Resolution conferences or
any stage of the proceedings of said Civil Case on such date or dates as may
be agreed upon by the parties or directed by the Court, with full special
power and authority to do and perform the following:

a. To negotiate, conclude, enter into and execute a

compromise or amicable settlement of the case,
under such terms and conditions as the Firm or any
of its lawyers may deem just and reasonable;
b. To agree on the simplification of the issues;
c. To amend the pleadings;
d. To determine the real parties in interest;
e. To enter, make and obtain stipulations or
admissions of facts and documents to avoid
unnecessary proof;
f. To limit the number of witnesses;
 g. To undertake a preliminary reference of issues to a
commissioner;
h. To move for a judgment on the pleadings or
summary judgment;
i. To agree on the schedule of hearing of the case;
j. To submit to alternative modes of dispute
settlement; and
k. To do and agree on such other matters as may aid
in the prompt disposition of the action;”

8. To sign, execute, and deliver, any and all documents, including the
verification and certification of non-forum shopping and judicial affidavits;
and

9. To do all acts necessary for which this Special Power of Attorney was
granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do all acts necessary to be done in or about the premises to all intents and
purposes as I might or could lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
