Subject: Acquaintance Party Proposal

Dear Ma’am,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We are writing to propose an
acquaintance party for the Senior High School Department. As a firm believer in fostering a
strong sense of community and camaraderie among the students, we believe that organizing
such an event will greatly contribute to building positive relationships and promoting a sense of
belongingness to the students.

The primary objective of this acquaintance party is to provide an opportunity for the students to
interact and socialize in an informal setting. By creating an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere,
we aim to strengthen our bonds, foster new friendships, and enhance teamwork within our
institution.

The details are the following:

Dates: July 27, 2023 – Grade 11 Students

July 28, 2023 – Grade 12 Students
Time: 3:00pm-6:00pm
Venue: PAP Ground
Theme: “Creating Links and Comradeship Among Senior High School Students”
Costume: Hawaiian

Activities:

To make the acquaintance party engaging and memorable, we propose incorporating various
activities that encourage interaction and networking among attendees. Some of the activities we
suggest include:

1. Icebreaker games and team-building exercises

2. Open mic sessions for members to showcase their talents
3. Music and dance performances
4. Photo booth or other fun interactive activities
Budget:

We understand that organizing an event involves financial considerations. Hence, we have

estimated a budget for the proposed acquaintance party. The total cost will cover the pack lunch
for the dinner, decorations, sound system, and any additional expenses. We are open to
discuss the budget in detail and exploring cost-saving measures to ensure a successful and
well-executed event within our means.

Collaboration and Support:

We believe that the success of this event relies on collaborative efforts. We kindly request your
support in terms of providing necessary approvals, guidance, and any resources required to
facilitate the smooth planning and execution of the acquaintance party. We are also open to
