“RICWIL – COPPER” AIR CONDITIONING
& REFRIGERATION TUBE TO AS/NZ 1571
“Ricwil-Copper” seamless copper tubes are manufactured under OEM by
Hailiang Co. Ltd., China’s largest copper tube manufacturer, to Austral-
ian/New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 1571. These tubes are conventionally
used for Air Conditioning, Refrigeration & Medical Gas applications. Work-
ing with Hailiang, we are confident of our tubes’ quality and performance.

Our tubes are suitable for a wide range of liquids and gases including
R410A. Sizes available are from 6.35mm (1/4”) to 53.98mm (2-1/8”) di-
ameters with thicknesses ranging from 0.51mm to 2.64mm. The tubes
are available in 15m pancake coils or 5.8m straight length pipes, details
of products available as per table on the following page. All our tubes
come protected with end caps to prevent contamination within the pipes
during transit, prior to commissioning.

All straight length tubes will be marked as per below and pancake coils
will be packed in carton boxes with our logo and product description.

THICKNESS
The standard thickness at any point tolerance for tube either coiled or in straight length is ±10% of the
specified thickness.

Tubes are manufactured to meet the internal residue requirement of ≤ 38mg/m 2
