Dear Mr.

I am writing to complain about the irresponsible living attitude of my roommate in

cleaning the room as assigned.

When living together, we have agreed to divide the cleaning work in turn and fairly.
However, when it is her turn, she refuses for personal issues or other unconvincing
reasons. In addition, she often makes the room tangle up and arranges utensils in the
wrong place. I have gently reminded her for the first time and tidied up the room for
her without whining.

For the next few times, she continues declining the work and ignores my frequent
reminders. Only when I make a fuss does she accept to wipe up the room but with a
resentful attitude. Her behavior is unacceptable and I cannot withstand living in a
messy room with her.

I might suggest that you should invite her to the management room to warn and give
appropriate punishments if she does not change her bad habit. Unless the matter gets
better, I will make an application to move to another room.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. In the meantime, I hope you
will take my comments into consideration.

Yours sincerely,
