Greetings!

We, the Fourth Year Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics students of
PUP Alfonso Campus are humbly requesting your good office to allow our petition for the
subject GEED 20093- Reading Visual Arts this First Semester 2023-2024. We failed to take
the subject when we were in first year (second semester). As it was explained to us, the subject
was not reflected in the copy of the curriculum provided by QAC to PUP Alfonso Campus and it
was late when they identified the matter.

As fourth year students, we are eager to complete the requirements of our program and
hopefully graduate on time.

With this, we seek approval from your good office to consider our humble request.
