GUIDELINES FOR THE MEMORIAL

1. The Memorial shall be typed with 1,15 line spacing, using TIMES NEW ROMAN,
font size 12.

2. The Memorial shall consist of following sections:

- Cover Sheet: it must clearly indicate the name/number of the team, word count
and whether the Memorial is for the Applicant or the Respondent;

- Table of contents;

- Index of authorities;

- Statement of jurisdiction;

- Question presented;

- Statement of facts;

- Summary of pleadings;

- Pleadings; and

- Prayer for relief.

3. The Pleadings of the Memorial shall not exceed 2,500 words in length. All citations
shall be in footnotes and in intelligible form.
